Honest and beyond fair, Junior fixed my Honda Pilot perfectly and far below other bids. Top it off he's a nice and genuine guy. Highly recommend

JUNIOR OF H & M AUTO BODY SAVED MY CAR'S LIFE!!! ! I don't write a lot of reviews unless someone does something spectacular and Junior sure did!!! My husband's 2012 Toyota Camry was near death with severe body damage (rust stains, pits and corrosion) and horrible mold and stains on the interior due to being left in the rain with cracked windows. The car was so disgusting we were just going to do a quick fix up and sell it. We first took the car to an upholstery shop to clean the mold out but they reinstalled the seats wrong and the seat belt light kept blinking and the air bag signal was flashing. After picking up the car from the upholstery shop we brought it directly to Junior of H & M. This is our family's auto body shop since the 1990s when we worked with Junior's father, beloved Mario. Mario was not only a kind and honest man but he was also a wizard with cars and fixed our cars to perfection. We knew Junior was our best hope to save this car. He greeted us warmly and friendly as always and knew what to do in minutes. He produced an estimate that was very reasonable while recommending some excellent cost saving ideas. For example, we asked for new seat belts due to rusting and he said he could buff the rust out. Even though H & M is outstanding we knew that the car was a wreck and just hoped Junior could produce something we could sell. When we picked the car up we almost fell over!!! OMG we could not believe our eyes!!! The yucky black Camry was transformed into "Black Beauty!" Wow wow wow! He hit this one out of the park. The car literally looks brand new!!! And the interior looked gorgeous too with brand new looking seat belts and mats throughout including the trunk. He even fixed all the crazy malfunctioning lights caused by the upholstery company reinstalling the seats wrong, and we didn't even ask him to do that. Junior God Bless you and we know your dad Mario must be smiling down from heaven to have such an awesome, honest, and hardworking son who is a wizard with cars!!Service: Body & Trim

Mario and his crew are the best, took care of our problem (needed to swap out a new rear bumper for our van), very reasonable. We have more than a dozen vehicles, and we have vendors all over South Bay...Mario definitely have our business, and we will be back to take care of our other vehicles :)Service: Body & Trim

H & M has some of the best work out here. I've taken both my personal car and my girlfriends car in for multiple reasons and they have left them both in perfect conditions every time. We've had minor scrapes and dents and even bigger accidents from a rear bumper and quarter panel to an entire new front end. The job has been 100% every time and their customer service is sincerely the best I've found. They have great prices for the work they do. I plan to be a lifetime client and would recommend everyone to take their cars to these trusted professionals who treat each car like their own.

Ahhhhhh!!! I am beyond satisfied with the customer service & work with H & M Auto Shop!!! I was rear ended and was referred to Mario and they were absolutely right about everything!!! Mario is amazing !!! From day one he was trustworthy! His communication is great & him and his team work very fast !!! I am beyond happy with their work and am happy to say I will be a loyal customer for life! I STRONGLY recommend everyone to come here !!! This shop deserves 10 stars !!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! You guys made this unfortunate incident less stressful for me! I cannot thank you guys enough! :)

I'm a 2nd gen customer because my Parents brought all their cars to Senior, who I've known since I was a little boy. Junior is now running the Business & I still bring ALL my Cars here! Amazing Family Business, Excellent Work & Service, I will always recommend H&M! Love you guys!!

Please dont be deceived by the look of this shop . This shop was mentioned to me a few years ago by a client of mine . Last year I had a minor scrape and stopped by and they were professional and looked at it and since i didnt break the clear coat they rubbed it out for me in a few min . They didnt have to do that and I appreciated it ! This year I needed some body work due to a wall interaction and they were my first choice . JR is professional and amazing and my car looks great ! Please consider this body shop before you take it to a corp owned shop . I would rather give my business to a self owned business then a corp one and im so happy I did . I have had a repair at a popular corp body shop and the wrk was not as good . In fact the piece the corp body shop painted had a blemish that I addressed and I was told ohh thats where the european license plate hole was ...ummmm I own a kia If you try them out ask for JR .

This shop is the best. They take care of your vehicle like if it was theirs. I have taken many cars to get fixed and everything I am impressed with their work. They are reliable, and work with you. I have recommended many friends and family members and they are shocked at how fast they can get their cars back and how great they look. The last time we took in a prius with an insurance claim due to an accident and you couldn't even tell where the hit was. Awesome work, will continue to bring vehicles to them.

AMAZING WORK AND CUSTOM SERVICE! My car had some dents and needed of a new paint job when in to H&M Auto took care of it right away!!!!! Now my car looks like new super satisfied with my service amazing price great customer services didn't keep me waiting like other body shops now days! Definitely coming back RECOMMENDED to anyone that is in the hunt of a great service and amazing work reasonable prices definitely is going to be my go to shop!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. That's right!!! ZERO!!! I took my car here because they gave me a good price. I was in an accident where they needed to replace my front side fender and light. The price seemed great! But like they say, you get what you pay for. The insisted that they had to also blend in the hood of my car, the front bumper, and passenger door, so the paint color would not look different. Even though my car was about a year old. I took their advice and let them do it. HUGE MISTAKE!!!! They left all kinds of dried up paint drops on the door and, hood and especially the grill of my front bumper. When I pointed it out, they seemed botbered. They agreed to fix it, but said it would then take another 4 or 5 days for them to fix it. After those extra days, they half fixed it, but there were still very noticeable dried up paint drops everywhere. I needed my car back already, so I just took it looking like crap. All on parts of the car that shouldn't have been touched anyway. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE IF YOU WANT GOOD WORK!!!! BEWARE!!!! The ownere just replied that he never serviced my car. Lol!!! Unless they changed ownership, yes he did. Lies!!! Don't go to this place!!!

My front bumper on my Honda was falling off, I contacted H&M and they were able to look at it immediately. I took my car in at a later day for fixing and it was done in a few hrs. Not only did they fix the front bumper, but also the back one that was also broken. They also took care of a couple of other small things. Great service, Mario was super friendly. I will definitely be back. Looks like new.
