I was just in it's Monday October 30th just before 4:30 pm. And I'm not familiar with the person who is at register he charged me for the person behind me who was in a rush. Showed him what she wanted for a dollar tossed the dollar on the counter. Because he was in middle of my transaction he decided I was going to pay for her $1 item. I tried correcting him. His response was to hand the other person a dollar said that's ok she paid for it. It sparked a huge unnecessary verbal dispute outside the store. And he over charged witch in the long run I'm not going to let it ruin my day. But the other person wouldn't let it go. Hope they can correct the genital man to improve on his ethics. And I will think and ask every time I need to cash a lotto ticket if I have to pay for everyone behind me Thier purchases.

I'll start with the positive aspect. The store is clean but back to why I chose to write a review. I just moved to Long Beach area and been to this store twice. Each time, the employees had poor customer service and had a very bad attitude. I encountered two Latino males and after a long day of work I chose to drop in for a few snacks and spoke to them both at different times with no response. I really could care less but the mere fact that I drove 30 mins to get there really makes me frustrated, it was a waste. I pray the owner's address this before these dudes lose the store a lot of money because the store itself is good. Have a great day all
