“Everything was going smoothly. The customer service and prices were good. The trouble started when it was time to deliver. The day before delivery, they call me and say that the delivery is going to be 1 week late! I am worried if it will even be delivered in a week. Update: Jackson called me and apologized the delay. He was really sincere and understood. He even gave me a refund on the delivery as an apology. The refund did come a few days after the mattress was delivered. 1 week later, the mattress and base was delivered on time. The delivery people were very friendly and knew what they were doing. They came on time and had it completed in about 20mins.Overall, a little bumpy but the great customer service and the price is the reason you want to go here. At least try coming here first!”

It's worth the extra money because you can get the piece you imagine made rather than trying to fit big box store furniture into your home. Boris is great at working with you until you get exactly what you want. A pleasure to work with every time. “I cannot thank store manager Rafael enough for helping me purchase something that in one week's time has already helped change my life and get me on the right track to heal my injuries.I strolled in within the last hour of the store being open and he was welcoming and kind- he listened intently to what I was going through pain wise and what my diagnoses were (ensuring he would not contraindicate any of my dr's suggestions and could guide me in the right direction as I was looking for a chair to actually be comfortable in and alleviate my compressed spine). We tried two models that he suggested (spent over 30 minutes together) and I landed on "the perfect chair" which came in a size just right for me as I am a petite woman. The chair is not only beautiful, but it allows me to have a safe place to rest and relax as I recover. I kept finding myself "set back" in my healing journey because all of my furniture is incredibly unsupportive.Getting the right furniture is imperative to healing - I am convinced of this. I met another manager (Guy) when I came back in to make the purchase and he was also incredibly helpful and straightforward. They did not try to push me to buy anything, they just remained supportive. Delivery was awesome and quick setup by their delivery team! Fantastic team here at relax the back.”

“Goods on orange is a definite must if if you're looking for Vintage/Retro in Long Beach! The shop carries lots of decor,clothes and furniture ranging from the 60's to the 90's and 00's. There's so much to look at from all the different vendors and makers/artists. I've found music, posters, earrings, plants for my patio, and my most recent favorite, a harley davidson leather vest in amazing condition. In the back, you'll find the garden section with an array of different plants and pots for your garden needs. The shop also hosts fun small events with music, vendors, tattoos, and food. Lauren and Elena are incredibly friendly and welcoming as well as very helpful. Each time I've visited, there's always something new that catches my eye, so I'm always coming back for more. Definitely check them out!”
