I would not recommend Fred Loya Insurance to any body. Worst Customer Service. They also have tendency to abandon your vehicle at repair facility once the vehicle becomes Total Loss and or if they do not agree with Repair facility Hourly Labor Rates. Do not buy policy from Fred Loya Insurance. Your worst nightmare. Be Aware.

This place SUCKS. You'll be waiting forever to be helped,and no one ever seems like they have a clue what they are doing . They cancelled my policy 6 months ago,for a reason that I'm still currently trying to find out why ? Last week I spent 45 min waiting to be helped by the ONE lady that was working . None ever really acknowledges you or says "hey,sorry but it's going to be a very long wait, you may want to come back another time". Some kind,any kind of common courtesy would be nice. I waited almost an hour before I finally walked out.This morning I come back,spend another35 min waiting,I finally get called. The poor gentlemen was kind but had zero clue what he was doing. Seemed like it was possibly his first week,and no one was available to help him so once again I sat there waiting and waiting,wasting my morning again. I had to get to work so I left and still have no damn clue as to why my policy was cancelled and why I'm being told I have to pay $225+ to start a new policy . This is insane

Ever time I come in to make a payment they take forever it's ridiculous especially when you have other errands to take care of they make your way over a half an hour and there under staff always have only two workers every time I come in to make a payment would not recommend anybody to come to this location
