Mgr is horrible! I'm disabled/senior (Elder Abuse at it's finest)and shop at this store all the time and she rudely accused me of theft. Not once but said I stole on another occasions. I had the RECIPT and proved her wrong and she just ran off with NO apology! Then she called me a 'poor'. Seriously? Worst store experience! Stay away! I think she could have been racist 2. LYING COWARD!

Would rate as horrible customer service. Manager doesnt know how to let customers have a fine shopping experience. Manager tried charging me after i said no, not once, but 4 times thereafter. For smelling a hair product and testing a small amount. Being pushing after i said no to purchasing to the store manager. Ladies bullied at this store. Moreso, by blocking the entry way to my bike. Refusing to move afterwards. Would highly suggest take your shopping experience elsewhere.

Horrible customer service. Every single time. Mever fails. Today, there were 5 people behind the registers, and only 2 were open. The others were just talking. Not the first time that happens. There seems to be people there, but for whatever reason, they just look upset to be there, and then give you a look like, "I see you, but I'm not going to open up another register." The other day, two registers were open, one of the cashiers finished with her customer, looked up at me, and started to talk to a third employee that was behind the registers doing nothing. Then walked away. I had to wait for the ONE register that was open to ring me up. Again....3 people behind the registers, and only ONE cashier was working, while 2 others just talked. Seems like lazy a** management to me!

i have always liked going into family dollar so when i was driving by this one i stopped in. u have a short fat mexican lady orangish hair. follow me and make comments on everything i picked up not only did she demand to know where i put every item i didnt want but in the middle of my purchase she rudely kept saying where where show me. you have forever lost my buisness. pick better quality employees.
