Was taking my time looking at some products and staff must've thought I was trying to steal, 2 employees spent so much time focusing on me in aisle and trying to make sure I wasn't stealing that someone else ran out of store with stolen items and made alarm at door go off. That's what happens when you judge a book by its cover/racial profiling. Most shelves were empty anyway, couldn't get everything I came for.

Usually extremely helpful but all it takes is one bad apple, I phoned into the pharmacy for my elderly disabled Mother that I visit once a month from the Hemet area to pick up her meds and do her grocery shopping and asked to hold her meds just one more day, and she tried brushing me off in too much of a hurry arguing and directing me to the app for assistance, What ever happened to customer service or are apps responsible for this too now ?

I hope you pay attention to what is really urgent and necessary, I often buy and go to the CVS, but for more than 2 years there have never ever been any bathrooms available it always says Out of service (for cobi 19 q for cobi 19 since 2020 There will not be or have bathrooms for the public, that is, the clients of the CVS, it is something very unpleasant because it is something essential, well, I think it is a great excuse for not cleaning the bathrooms,) it is known that they do it to not clean the bathrooms and invest time in cleaning the bathrooms and they tell you if you need to use the bathrooms, there is a northgate market that Alapar uses there, he told me, and they don't see the need for customers to use the bathrooms, and that by California law in large places for By law they have to have public bathrooms for customers and that the market does not have to spend money on electricity, water, cleaning, I am not the owner or employee of the market, the people at the market are super friendly and they have no need for an overload of their customers using the bathrooms because they don't feel like making them available (they don't want to clean bathrooms) for their clients and they look really bad with the needs of CVS Pharmacia clientsIf anyone has experienced this well I think it's not just me, there are thousands of customers who go there every day and it's always the law for a business to have bathrooms I think?♀️let me know if it's happened to you?

While it's busy store , the staff maintained their professionalism as well as patience . Tha patients were calm and the store was pretty busy at that time of day !

CVS is the best place for my vitamins and meds. I also shop here for my supplies for my house. The workers there are knowledgeable and helpful. Also CVS is very clean and organized. Keep up the good job.

Made a appointment for a booster. Drove there checked in, then they cancel my app. If you were gonna cancel why did u wait until the exact moment I checked in and wasted my time and gas.

I’m more than 85% sure that it was the manager whom I asked where a certain product was and she simply said they are here if they are not then I’m not sure. What kind of customer service was that? She didn’t even offer to help and look anywhere else.

If I could give guys place 0stars I would , I'm a resident of Wilmington and I can tell you from personal experience the staff is incompetent and rude. It took me 8 days to get a refill prescription for my 9year old son's eczema. The pharmacy staff apparently was waiting on authorization from doctors office. I never received a phone call from pharmacy that my prescription was authorized so I had to present myself in person. The disgusting smurk of the lady pharmacist was appalling when I expressed my frustration and the fact that they never called back regarding the authorization of medication for my child. As if she was happy I was frustrated from the situation they created. You wanna get treated as if your health isn't important come on in to this trash a** pharmacy.
