This place is not good to deliver an empty if you have to go to the terminal afterwards driver has been in line over two hrs an has not got in. How to expect to get a good days work done at the port if the service is not good here. We are going to loose are appointment at the terminal because of BAD service. No stars for this place.

Lazy employees,they help out 1 truck every hour,if theres only 3 trucks in line,best believe youll be there for 1hr plus,when its busy,the wait time is ridiculous ,they will eat up all your hours

I would give this place negative 5 stars if possible. Long lines do to being very unorganized. Why don't you have rotating employees during lunch. They shut down all operations during lunch.

BEWARA! Very unorganized business. Sat here from 1 PM and left at around 10 PM. Was given a wrong container. Had to come back and wait hours more to get the correct container. There other truckers in the same or worse situation.

Good People, sometimes gots a loooong line during some days for FreeFlow but other than that CGI you can be in & out in 15 minutes.

People out here are very stupid for filling up the form charge one dollar, for just signature will keep you hours. Not recommend driver to pick up and deliver load here.
