Having to wait in a line this long just to use the ATM is RIDICULOUS. & most of the time only one of the 2 works. If you're going to close down the other location in the city, how about adding some more machines to this one? Lord knows you have the money

Worst chase atm location.ATMs are always broken and they only have two, always a line.Parking is a mess.Homeless people begging by the atms often.Carson location on Main and Sepulveda is much better.

The ATMs never work and they never fix them. The left Atm outside has been out of service for about a year and the lines get crazy long with only 1 functioning ATM outside. I will be switching banks it’s always the same thing with them

Unreliable , got turned away about a week ago because they didn’t have any bank tellers (not bank tellers AVAILABLE but none were there at all 3 hours before closing) went today and got turned away for systems not working.

Been waiting an hour waiting to see someone so I can set up a bank account. Only one manager to accept people in the lobby. Only one person before me too… I’m pretty patient but this is insane. The only thing stopping me from leaving is the fact I’ve already invested so much time waiting in this lobby.
