This bank is very terrible, it takes about 1 hour and a half, only one teller for 15 people in the line, very terrible, one is in a hurry I think I will change banks

I went there specifically to deposit checks and cash. The checks went through fine but for some reason ahead verifying how much cash I put in the atm. It did allow me to Manually submit the total amount and it gave me an error number on my receipt but I was still dissatisfied with the result. I'm sure it will work out in the end but when you put in a couple of grand into an ATM and the receipt only says $300 it's concerning.

WALK IN THERE AROUND 3 AND THERE'S NO TELLERS ON THE WINDOW THE ONLY ONE IS ON BREAK.HAD A CHECK AND NEED TO CASH (I HAVE A ACCOUNT WIYH THEM) TELLER TELLS ME I CANT CASH THE CHECK BECAUSE IS NOT FROM THIS BANK I NEED TO GO TO CHASE IF I WANTED TO BE CASH I CAN ONLY DEPOSIT CHECK ...SO I HAVE TO COME BACK THE NEXT DAY AND GET THE MONEY. I NEVER HAD AN ISSUE TILL TODAY

Horrible bank. My edd account for paid family leave was hacked someone withdrawn 1,185 dollars I called to file a claim and I was told to wait 10 business days to receive my money back. 10 business days passed and still nothing so I went to this location and they told me that my claim was closed and he would have to reopen it. So there I go answering the same questions again... This time he said it would take 45 days to get my money back....Unreal. Get it together Bank of America. Just gave me the run around.......I doubt they will reimburse me the money that was stolen.

BOA over all not a good place to bank In my opinion with experience I've had for over 20 years with them. They nickle & dime you to death. Lost my debit card , they wont let me cancel it unless I pay 5.00 for new one.It's time to take action ,I should of did years ago

This location is horrible, I was treated as if I am some sort of a criminal. I go to my local B of A all the time as a business representative and never have been treated as if the deposits I was there making were invalid. This place need to work on their customers service.
