I really like that my questions were answered straight and clear. No sales talk. They gave us just what we needed. All the rep that helped us out were very detailed, quick and very helpful. I would go back to this store if I need anything done agin next time. Would really recommend to my colleagues to go to this store site specifically. They were very quick and helpful which is what we all need in this busy world.

This is for the AT&T 800 number and not the store even though the store did make a mistake and started my whole problem off but the store did do its job AT&T needs to show more respect and common courtesy to their clients AT&T have been around for years and I cannot believe that the staff members employees management all talk down to their clients with no respect whatsoever and don't even want to hear anything but pay us our money that you owe you want your phone turned back on pay me even if it's their fault they don't care very disappointed with this thinking about changing carriers.....

Horrible customer service , all the questions i had to ask them their resolution was to call customer service and do everything over the app. Whats the point of that store ? For the girl to just stand there and flaunt her balloon looking lips and the SA or manager to stand there beside her with his small shirt and have an ego as big as his head. Horrible experience, they just didnt want to help me out because they didnt benefit from it. They had me consider switching my mobile service. I will definitely be reaching out to corporate.

I had to stop by to find out something about my plan that concerned me deeply. And one guy made it really fast and clear with a great attitude. His name was Louis, not sure what was the last name, does it go with an H or with an M. But anyways, great customer service ! Thank you !

The staffing there is terrible, walked in for help and the male rep acted like he couldn’t even take a look at my account to help. I asked him if he could at least help and he didn’t even seem interested in working. He didn’t even seem interested in opening the store when he opened.

Great service but why are u guys closed and online says ur open I do have great customer service here since a year now 3* is for not being open when it shows open online no sign on door for out to lunch or anything C'mon get it together also last month I was here paying my bill the employee advised me that the store would be open regularly but it still doesn't seem to be true #ijustwanttopaymyinternetbill

This store always has good customer service. Tonight I went there to pay my bill and discuss problem on my bill but they were closed. Sign on door said they were open til 8 pm

It was a seamless experience. I had an issue with the insurance added on my account and it got resolved in less than 5 mins. Staff is knowledgeable and can help you with your holiday and Christmas purchases too. Oh yeah staff is really welcoming.
