Went to drive through to deposit and Very rude and unprofessional American lady very bad service. I have Never experience service from Tri county branch in other places like this first time experience in Willows Ca Tri County Bank . Hope agent reads this and really make sure who they hire 2024 .

I went in here a a while back to take out an amount that the atm could not offer and they said they couldn’t help me unless I had an account with them. A bank is a bank right? Willows click here
