DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE DO YOUR TAXES!! There 3 different occasions that my information was input wrong into the system. Literally couldn’t get a manager to call me back. Then they said I would be getting $4,000 back but because they entered the the info wrong I only got $1000 and literally will not return a call.

Oct 2021 went and had my taxes done by Tax anilyst from H & R. I paid for it we signed for electronic.Well as time went by i have received 2 penalty' letters,I called to see what was going on, and they told me it ha not been filed.It is now 2022,I cannot beleive this is happening.I have called and called all over with no help my tax anilyst will not even help .me. She diid say she would pay what we owe,Please before i get my lawyer involved help me.Barbara
