They fixed my oil cover when I was just passing through Willets at night, and they stayed open a little late just to help me out. And they would not accept payment. Super nice and gave me a lot of advice about what to do to fix the problem permanently. They were a godsend for sure!!!

Also known as S&S Auto Repair, this place is a gem hiding in plain sight. Pulled in w/out an appointment the day after Christmas, multiple 'warning lights' on the dash of my new used car (2017 Honda Accord hybrid) decided to light up on the morning I gotta drive my kid and their friend to SF for a flight. AJ, who I think is the owner, was super welcoming and took 20+ minutes to give the car a once-over to confirm I was safe to drive it as-is for the 350 mile roundtrip. Yep, buncha indicator lights but nothing urgent. Topped off the oil just to be on the safe side. Didn't. Charge. Me. A. Thing. An honest mechanic is hard to find...actually wish I lived closer to Willits so I could take my car here every time!

I was driving down the road and came across this business.My RV had a check engine light on I knew it was because of the gas cap. I spoke with the owner and he said he would help me, immediately and solve the problem. I was very grateful I spoke to him a little bit and he shared with me that he has been in the automotive industry all his life. I saw that he had drive and a willingness to help. AJ came in after hours to diagnose my daughter's little VW beetle. Found out her catalytic converter had been stolen. He made a temporary fix so she could continue to have transportation until the part came in. When the part arrived, he called, we dropped off the car and he had it done the same day. Very friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Awesome shop! I highly recommend!Services: Exhaust

The definition of dishonest.I called this morning and they said they had time to install a part I had. When I arrived Upton told me he just needed the part and some time and he could get it done within a few hours. I told him I just had to go get the part from home — not a short distance especially without AC — and then drop the car off. He agreed.I went and got the brand new part. But when I returned another mechanic was talking with Upton and they told me “We just changed our policy about installing customer supplied parts.”I was prepared to do a lot of business with them at a non-discounted rate. I own a house in Willits. I’m part of this community and just wanted to give my money to someone else in it.

S&S quickly diagnosed and repaired a failed wheel bearing on my truck as we were passing through with our travel trailer. They did great work and got us back on the road same day! I couldn't be happier.
