I recently had a concerning experience at this smokeshop that I feel compelled to share. I visited the shop on Sunday after attending a local Renaissance festival, only to find it closed. I went about my business, assuming that was the end of it. However, the following day, I came across a Snapchat story from Diana, an employee, recording footage from the security cameras during off-hours and mocking me on social media.
As a customer, I expect a certain level of privacy and respect when supporting local shops. It's unsettling to discover that security cameras were being monitored during off-hours for what appears to be personal amusement. This raises the question: does this sort of behavior happen regularly? Is it common for employees to shame and ridicule customers for social media attention?”

On top of all that, he gave me $5 off because my dad was in the military. It was only a 5 minute encounter but their positive energy and amazing customer service made my whole night! “I purchased cigars for a family member's 50th birthday. Left the store with the bag and went to an adjacent store where I dropped the bag. ? I didn't realize one of the cigars was in a glass container. Well, it totally shattered. I went back into the store to see what they could do. They were very nice about providing me another cigar and also wrapped it in bubble wrap. I truly appreciated the fabulous customer service.”

“I really like this place. Everyone I've come across, working here, has all been real cool. I've been coming here off and on, for probably 2 years. For the last 6 or 7 months, it's the only vape shop I go to....I drive over an hr to get here. They're the only ones that have what I'm looking for. I do have one issue though......I can almost never get someone to answer the phone. For me personally, that's super irritating. Answer the darn phone, or turn it off. Cmon now.
