I have been buying my trailers at Tailer Zone since they first opened. Family owned great prices and very knowledgeable. If they don't have have what your looking for on the lot the will find it somewhere else. The guys are awesome.

I have been looking and researching car trailers. I found The Trailer Zone on Yelp and went to check them out. I liked the fact that they had a big enough selection with various options, and Dalton was patient to explain the pros and cons for each with no bs sales pressure. He also discussed warranties and was clear about what was covered and what wasn't. I selected the Continetal Trailer for the quality, syle, and value. We made a deal, and he had his crew wash the trailer and get it hooked up to my truck while we were doing paperwork. Was definitely a pleasant experience. Thank You.

I was in the market for my first trailer ever and I had no idea what I was doing. Caden was super cool and suggested an appropriately small and easy to handle trailer for a newbie. I have a crossover, too, so it had to be sized right. It's perfect. Caden didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and I ended up with what I think was the cheapest trailer on the lot. No hard sell. That's integrity. I was somewhat of a pain in the arse because 1) I didn't have a pin for my hitch, and they happened to be out of the smaller one I needed, and 2) I had the wrong size ball on my hitch. So I had to leave the lot twice to go to a nearby auto parts store to get the right pieces. Caden and the guy who does set-up on the lot (regrettably, I forget his name) provided stellar customer service, even though the latter was expecting a new baby any second at the time I was there. I had a great experience at The Trailer Zone. 10/10. Would recommend.

Lexi & the team at The Trailer Zone were all incredibly helpful. They helped me extend the rental, worked with me when my ETA for return was just after closing, and made sure I had everything I need in terms of hitch/receiver setup. I'll be back the next time I need to rent (or buy) a trailer.

I own my own business and know how hard it is to get a customer. Why on earth would anyone want to give you reasons NOT to do business is beyond me....Just put sign up that says "closed". The experience I am sharing is just for rentals only. Going into to this with full knowledge is my best advice to anyone, also know that no matter what you say to Lexi you will always be wrong. So I rent a car hauler about 4-5 times a year...been doing that for 5 years now. My go to guy was sold out the weekend I needed one. I had called the Zone in the past but it just did not work out due to timing. Figured I give them a shot this particle weekend. Be aware, you have to pick up no later than 3 pm, even though the business is open until 5. Also, when asking about the return time, even though they are open at 9 a.m., they only accept returns starting at 9:30 a.m.. But, the good news is they will TRY to "accommodate" you if you need a different time. So understand you have a short window to rent. Make sure you take a tire pressure gage. Why? The tire had lost about 3 lbs. of pressure by the time I arrived at my destination, and within 6 hours the tire was totally flat. Slow leak. Sure I could have picked up a nail on my drive. Happy to pay for it, in fact you are on the hook regardless if you caused it or not, you sign a document that says you agree to pay to replace the tire. If it was just a flat, I can swap that with the spare, simple jack and lug wrench, I always take that on all trips. The kicker here, was the spare tire. After I had swapped the tires, and took the jack out, the spare only had 20 lbs. I did not pack a portable air compressor. When I called Scott (the weekend and evening emergency contact @ 951-905-8500) left a voice mail at 9:42 am, asking for advise. Never did get a call back, even to this day So not wanting to risk the chance of leaving the trailer behind while I filled the tire with air, I chose the safer route of calling a mobile RV repair company. They went ahead and filled all the tires to the recommended PSI as noted on the sticker on the trailer, for $300! When letting Lexi and George know the situation, they claimed that they check every trailer from top to bottom and front to back before all rentals, they got totally defensive and would not listen to a word I said after that. I agreed 100% the flat is on me, I signed the documents when i rented the unit. At that point I knew I was doomed no matter what I said, sometimes silence is the best medicine for belligerence. However, it is not my responsibility to ensure the tires are properly inflated They clearly did not check the trailer out prior to the rental, otherwise the spare would have the proper inflation. So I am out the rental, $300 for the mobile service and $160 for a new tire, and they denied any culpability. Owner - Figure out if you want to be in the rental business, because your staff actions say you don't. Good Luck. Alan Cutler

I needed a trailer for my dirt bikes. Caden D. was super helpful and lined me up with a light weight aluminum trailer that is easy to put in my garage. If you need a trailer, this is the place to get it.

Would like to recommend Trailer Zone Wildomar. I received excellent and knowledgeable service and in addition to that they had a good selection of all kinds of trailers which is impressive in this market.

I was looking for a trailer for my Harley Davidson trike on my computer and came across trailer zone.com I had called a few dealerships and came across Dalton Steal general manager at the location of 34395 Mission Trail Wildomar CA 92595. I told him what I was looking for and he said he had one coming in in the next few days and he would let me know when it arrives which he did. Excellent service everything went perfect I have a trike on the trailer and on the road with no delays. Service technician Jorge showed me everything I needed to know hooking up the trailer.
