“I've been a customer for a little over 6 months now. I visit every few days to pick up my mail. The staff was great at helping me set up my box and my change of address. Even helped add my roommate when he was able to come on a different day. Always greet you when you come in the door and so friendly. When we moved again recently we had the option to move our mail to our residential address but opted to keep our current box at Postal Annex. They're convenient to my work location and the service is awesome.”

“Not gonna lie best service ive had. Its been some time but. I was in a hurry and the guy kept jumping back and forth between customers. So i was there for a while. But he was trying his best. I was a but rude which sucks cuz I’ve been in his position before. Anyways he was nice and when i had to come back cuz i forgot something he smiled and ket rocking out to the ‘store appropriate’ music. Was super refreshing after having mediocre service at countless venues even tip based services.”
“I discover this place a few months ago when I needed to pay a utility bill, it was a nice and refreshing experience that when I first walked in the store to hear someone welcoming you and asking how was my day going. I’ve been coming to pay my bills regularly, buy my lottery tickets, among other things and it’s nice to see the owner always smiling and providing awesome customer service. “Great place for dropping off your packages! I never have a problem and the process is always so easy. They take packages from almost everywhere including both UPS and USPS. The shop is nicely stocked with all sorts of supplies to help with packing boxes. Although the shop is rather small, they also offer fun and random items for sale. The prices are fairly reasonable and they also sell boxes. The door not only lists their opening hours, but the time for pickups as well.Highly recommend if you need help with anything package related!”
“I’ve been using this post office for almost 2 decades, and the staff and service is always stellar. People actually smile at you when you walk in, which is rare these days especially at a post office. I am as close to the Los Alamos location as I am this one, But prefer this one over the other. They’re just not as friendly or engaged over there.”
