I recently moved to the area. I am disabled with a spinal cord disease and they made it so difficult to fill my meds. I’ve never experienced this much hassle or disrespect. My caregiver was almost in tears after picking up my pain meds because they were so rude to her.

Genuine customer service seems harder and harder to find theses days. I generally consider a good one time experience a fluke or something like that. But when it happens repeatedly by the same person, that is nothing short of great customer service.Ivy is the very pharmacist I speak of. She has a genuine love for her occupation and the people she serves. This is evident in the way she provides a personal concern in ensuring she has done all she can to make sure all my concerns are met, my questions are answered and that I don't pay more than I need to for my prescriptions.Many times I would mention my frustration over the high costs of medications. On several occasions, she would go on-line to retrieve coupons for me which would greatly lower the cost of certain medications. She would provide good sound advise so I can properly decide as to the best option for re-fills and insurance coverage.When she sees me walking towards the counter, she greets me by name with a glowing smile and retrieves my prescription/s ahead of time.In all the many years I've gone to various pharmacies, never have I received this level of sincere customer service from a pharmacist.In conclusion, if Ivy were to re-locate to another pharmacy farther away and less convenient, I would gladly go out of my way to wherever that maybe!

Been going here for over a year. Usually nice friendly people. Goes great job filling and making sure I get refills. Lately there is a rude unhelpfull employee answering phone. What ever your request she can't do it! If it wasn't for this one person I would give them a 5

My family and I have been going to Savon pharmacy in Wildomar for over 10 years. In all of that time, I have always been highly satisfied with the courteous, professional care I have received there. There have never been any mistakes made, and their personal concern for me makes them feel like family. I like them all, but I have to say that I am always especially happy to see Ivy behind the counter. She is always positive and encouraging, and always recognizes me, even on a bad-hair day and in a mask!

the oriental woman that claims she is in charge is the most annoying and rude woman, she should not work with customers because obviously she doesn't like people.

I have been using this pharmacy for almost two years now and they have been amazing! I always have great service. I’ve had some difficult insurance changes and they always solve the issues I have. I want to make sure I give a huge shout out to Ivy. She is amazing, she is always going the extra mile for me. Ivy recently helped me and I will be forever grateful for her assistance and care of my well-being. I will continue to use this pharmacy and share my good experiences with others.

Horrible Customer Service. It is the last time I get my prescriptions here. They are rude and they don't consider the urgency of the people to get their medications. When you call them, they always act like they are really busy when in reality are not since every time I pick up my medication nobody is there and they are just seated looking at the computer. I hope management considers changing the current staff, this pharmacy wasn't like that before, at least not that bad like today.

They keep dropping my auto refills and I run out of medications all the time. The incometence of the staff is amazing. They keep changing staff and managers. I have been with them for about a year and a half and I don't know most of the staff there because they keep changing. They are also short with you and they blame everyone but themselves for the errors and oversights. I am moving to staterbrother accross the Highway. I have had with this pharmacy.
