I usually don't leave reviews but i made an appointment and they cancelled 30 mins before the appointment the first time for the generator breaking down so we understood, now the second time they couldn't get our dogs in till a week later so we agreed now today we are waiting all morning and some of the afternoon & no show or no courtesy call. This is ridiculous we tried being patient and the un professional business you guys are running is ridiculous some of us care about our kids (pets). I hope the best for you guys but get better customer service! Thanks. Chloe&lokie

I will say hands down best grooming and pet care we have had. The guy was so involved with the dog you can just tell he generally cares. We will be using you again.

I am giving this a one-star for many reasons. I took my pets there before thanksgiving and was very impressed with the customer service, grooming, and how they handled my pets. They seemed to be a professional business at the time. That was the first time I conducted business with them. Afterward, I set up a follow on appointment in which I confirmed my appointment. I received a follow on call asking if I could reschedule a mobile appointment due to renovations at their office. I said ok, and once again, on the day of the appointment, they asked if they could reschedule the time because the groomer was sick. I said that was fine. They did arrive at the rescheduled appointment but were late and only received a phone call 20 minutes prior. I needed some more work done on my pets, and they scheduled me for a follow-up appointment the following day. Once again, they called me 20 minutes prior and said we are sorry, but we double booked you and cannot make it at the scheduled time. They did not even offer a solution to the problem. I asked if they could come later that evening since they double booked me, and they said ok. The schedule was then moved to the evening. Twenty minutes before the time of the appointment, they gave me an excuse that their generator was not working and would not make it. They did not offer any rescheduling or express any regrets. I waited to see if they would offer a solution, and there was nothing but silence. I called a few days later and told them the situation, and they gave me a bunch of excuses and rescheduled me for 530 pm today, which I confirmed. Here it is 7 pm, and no phone call or text.Worst customer service ever. If I had the power to shut down their business, I would do it with no regret. It would do everyone justice for the wasted time they have caused their clients. A horrible company that gives nothing but excuses for its actions. Zero accountability. I should not have to call or bug them to see if they are coming or to reschedule due to their incompetence. Their lack of professionalism, character, integrity, and accountability as a business should not be tolerated. OMG Mobile Pet Spa & More… If I could leave zero stars, that’s how I would rate you. I have many pets that need grooming, and you have lost out on thousands of dollars throughout the year from us. It’s your loss, not mine. If someone could recommend an excellent pet grooming business, I would greatly appreciate it.

I took my dog for a shampoo and haircut. I was cheerfully greeted by a young lady named, Andrea. She was extremely helpful and gentle with my stressed out dog. When I picked up my pet, he looked great, and again, Andrea helped me. Andrea made it a pleasant experience. I will go back.

I took my two senior dogs to OMG mobile pet spa and more. I had anxiety since both dogs are seniors, one is totally blind and almost 17 years old. Once I got there I was more at ease. It was very clean, quiet and Kay was so helpful and knowledgeable about the type of services and products to use for each one of my babies. once I picked them up they were so calm, happy and smelled so good. My almost 17 year baby has had skin issues, Kay suggested a mudd bath...His rough coat shinned and was so soft to the touch...Both dogs were happy and clean ! That made me happy and grateful to have found this place. Will definitely be going there from now on. Hilda

These owners are first class amazing service! As a business owner myself I can appreciate quality over quantity. I can honestly say I've never had this great of an experience meeting another professional in my entire life! Onto the grooming for my Persian cat... Payman took a lot of time explaining the process, going over products, the van equipment, the music they play to calm the animals..., I was elated! When my kitty was done, for the first time in his grooming life, he didn't go and hide, he was out and about, almost like he met a new friend and there were no troubles at all. He even started eating his kibble shortly after Payman left . Once paying our bill, I practically begged to set up a follow up appointment in 8 weeks, plus we just had the greatest conversation about happenings in the world, but also how he felt my cat was treated by prior groomers. I am so thankful to have found these amazing people, I've been smiling all day due to the professionalism as well as kindness, which this world has certainly been lacking on. I don't quite understand all the negative reviews, our experience was nothing short of phenomenal!

I’ve been taking my dog to OMG pet spa for a few years and I love it, the service is good, timing is pretty good, friendly staff, and quality work. They are a little expensive but your getting what you pay for, & they are sweet to the animals. I would recommend this place to anyone, especially someone with a big dog with a longer coat that needs quality care!:)

So! Where do I begin?! I made an appointment for my cat Jasmine for today the 13th of August Upon arrival, I began taking my cat to the service Van unfortunately she shimmied out of her harness and ran away. [ don't ask - she's a character ] I didn't get a chance to bathe her or cut her hair however, the professional that arrived was very accommodating and understanding and showed empathy. He offered to help me look for her as well as hang back for a while in the event she tried to come back but unfortunately, she came back after he left. The stylist was kind and professional, and the price was actually very reasonable compared to most places considering they're mobile and with these insane gas prices. They were kind enough to waive my fee since Jasmine didn't get her hair cut which was super thoughtful. [ I was so embarrassed ] I know I'll definitely be using their services again because of how thoughtful, professional, and delightful the stylist that arrived on site was to me and my cat. -- Van Description: The Van that they pulled up with was very pet friendly. It was such a pleasant environment for any pet. They had scissors, a fan, and soft music playing so your pet isn't stressed out during their session. The stylist displayed utmost care for how they operate and from that, I knew my cat would be taken care of if left alone with them. -- I highly recommend that you consider this business - I know you won't be disappointed with their service. 5 STARS all around!!!

Gave two stars because I loved the job they did on my dog. Even though it was very expensive, we were very happy to have found a mobile groomer who took good care of our Golden Retriever. Made another appointment but they never showed up on the day we had scheduled. Called them to see if they were coming and left a message. Never heard from them. Thought we were going to use this company for years to come, but apparently they don't want or need the business.

Took my husky to the groomer and they took 4:30 hours was looking for something to take regularly but might have to go somewhere else, the person who cleaned him was supper sweet but very understaff!

We took our Samoyed puppy Koda whose hair was matted and tangled to OMG.The owner, Kay was upfront with us that it would take two sessions to work with Koda to comb through the mats and she would possibly need to shave him. Kay was very professional and friendly. After two sessions our puppy looks absolutely beautiful. We are very thankful for their patience and work on Koda he only required a few areas that had to be shaved of which none is very noticeable. We will be using this service again Koda had a great experience!
