“Amazing staff, everyone is so friendly, Celeste was so nice and Dr. Sosa was amazing! He really listened to my concerns, and took his time asking the questions that needed to be asked. I can tell he’s a genuine doctor who cares about the patients who come in. 10/10 recommend.”

“So thankful for the staff I met today. I walked in with no appointment and was able to be seen for a blood test. The sweet receptionist helped me so much paying out of pocket. Made it very affordable and Krissy the phlebotomist (I hope I remembered your name correctly) was absolutely amazing. She helped me get through it super easily. Best customer service ever.”

“I recently switched my PCM and asked my new doc to run a panel of routine lab work to make sure everything is running smoothly. I usually get sent to Quest Diagnostics or LabCorp, so this was my first visit here. It was a great experience! You'll find West Pacific Medical Laboratory on the ground floor in a building of medical professionals. The parking lot can get crazy packed, but it's big enough, and there's always a spot somewhere. Be sure you have your doctor's orders with you. I walked into an empty waiting room where I checked in on the kiosk, and Anna was running a one-woman show. She was great. Got me in and out in minutes. There were 2 other people who came in after me, but they left after me since I was chugging water to get that last sample out, lol. I had to go back the next day because apparently, the lab wasn't able to get the results they needed. Again, it was fast, and I left within minutes. Anna is a true professional. She poked me once each day and got what she needed. Last time I went to the other place, the phlebotomist missed 3 times before having someone else do it. I was bruised and purple for about 2 weeks, smh. Thank you Anna!! I highly recommend this place if you need labs done. They have multiple locations and no appointments are needed. Just walk right in! =)”

“Ahhh LabCorp, been here many times and it always seems out of control. Tons of people waiting filling every chair. I checked in and sat down. Everyone looked miserable. Lady across had 2 kiddos and explained her appointment was 10 minutes ago. I was early as always and some lady came out and called the ladies name, and then mine. I was called in early and told to sit in section 1. Waited a bit, tried to stay positive and patient. Soon someone came in and i said, " you're not going to hurt me are you?" She said that she wouldn't feel a thing. Did her thing and off i went "you didn't even flinch " she said and I gave a cocky smile. Wasn't a bad experience. Most of the workers look worn out by the onslaught of continuous patients. The worst part of the experience was the parking. I bet the workers park close which doesn't help a gimpy guy like me. I've had better and worse times than today, and the people working there did great today. Having to deal with an endless line of grumpy people has to suck. Wishing you all the very best. Bravo”

“I have lab tests/blood work, completed twice a year. I have been to four Valley locations, both Lab Corps and Quest, for the past 20 years, so I have a lot of experience. I went to the Quest Medical Center Drive location for the first time today. I made an appointment and was called right on time which I really appreciated. The technician, Lucy, was one of the best I've worked with. Personable, professional, and very efficient. This location will now be my go-to for lab tests. About the only glitch was I was given a survey to complete with a QR Code which my phone couldn't scan for some reason. Sorry, Lucy, I tried! Extremely satisfied with today's experience.”

“I had the best experience at Labcorp in Menifee, CA! Check-in was a breeze, and the entire process for drawing blood and getting was hassle-free. Oscar, who drew my blood, is a miracle worker – it was the first time anyone successfully drew my blood on the first try. Despite being told I'm a hard draw since childhood, Oscar made it seem effortless. I usually dread getting tests done, but this time I left happy. If I could give 10 stars, I would. I'll definitely be back to this location.”

“Amber was absolutely amazing! The kiosk to check-in was not functioning properly which caused a lot of patients to stress & panic due to being unable to check in for their appointments. Amber came out and de-escalated the situation with her kind words! And she was awesome at her job once it was my turn for the blood draw. Thank you!”

“I cannot express enough how pleased I am with my experience at Quest Diagnostics, particularly at this location. It has become my absolute favorite Quest facility, and for good reason. The efficiency of this place is truly commendable. It operates like a well-oiled assembly line, ensuring that the entire process is swift and hassle-free. Making an appointment was a game-changer; I was in and out in no time. The staff manages the flow so seamlessly that you can see the impact it has on those who didn't plan ahead. Upon arriving, I was greeted by a full waiting room. However, the self-check-in system using their automated tablets made the entire process a breeze. As someone who usually finds self-checkouts a bit tedious in stores, I was pleasantly surprised by how user-friendly and efficient Quest's self-check-in system is. It made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. Despite the bustling atmosphere and a full waiting room, I found the last available seat and sat down. To my surprise, I was called up almost immediately. When I inquired, the staff member mentioned that there were seven phlebotomists working that day. Overall, my experience at this Quest Diagnostics location was exceptional. The combination of a well-organized appointment system, user-friendly self-check-in, and a team of efficient phlebotomists makes this facility stand out. I highly recommend this location to anyone seeking a quick and seamless experience for their diagnostic needs. The staff's commitment to efficiency and customer service has undoubtedly earned them a well-deserved five-star rating in my book.”

“My experience here was great, not sure where all the bad reviews are coming from. My appointment was at 9:10. I walked in at 9:05, was self-checked in, seated, and waiting by 9:09. My name was called by 9:16, and i was outta there by 9:30ish. The lady that took my blood even gave me a bottle of water for proper hydration.”
