“Their motto is, "If Hanks doesn't have it, then you don't need it " which is mostly true. It's like an ACE hardware but without the ACE prices. We bought all of our kitchen drawer hardware there and I stocked up on small screws, washers, and nuts. It's got a lot of neat tools and a huge variety of hardware. Parking is easy and it's easy to find off Winchester Road. People are Friendly and knowledgeable. I was looking for plastic netting and the senior guy behind the counter told me isle 14 which surprised me because they must have 100,000 items in that store.”

“I came here for Food Grade CO2. Great place, great people. Super friendly. Super good customer service. I am just very happy that they are close to my house. I will for sure come back about every 45 to 60 days. I have 4 SodaStream cylinders that I charge from one of their 20 lb cylinder co2 tank. It's 10x cheaper to buy the 20lb cylinder from them and recharge the SodaStream cylinders”

“I just have to give a huge shoutout to Elly! She was amazing. We’re moving into a brand new house and needed some temporary window shades. Elly not only helped us find those but also assisted us in getting a washer, an upgraded dryer, and a fridge when Home Depot didn't have them in stock. “They had some lovely toilets especially the bidets that are seat warmers. I was inclined to get it my sister was not, there was a gentleman that was a Marine corps veteran that was lively and we talked to him frequently as we saw him frequently throughout the store. Then when we got out to the street the gentleman got out of his car because he was in front of us and he was waving and laughing and made us laugh so much cuz he said fancy seeing you here or something like that. So he gets back in his car and I start looking at the back of his car and realized he's a US Marine veteran and I told him that I was a hospital corpsman in the Navy and he said a corpsman saved his life in Vietnam. I love it when a plan comes together. ? ??? ?”

Everything was fairly organized and the prices are reasonable. I came by to check out the paint colors available and asked for a paint sample. I wasn’t sure if they had my color, but the workers were able to mix it up for me perfectly. The people there were really knowledgeable and it took less than 10 minutes for it to be ready.
The cashier, however, was quite the opposite. I had a coupon code via the app, but she had no idea how to scan it. I tried explaining it to her, but she just wouldn’t listen. She called someone over to help and we finally got it scanned. A bit of a hassle, but not a huge deal.
Will be returning in the future :)”

She offered the best customer service when a previous employee at a different Lowe's was less than adequate. Johanna made sure that we had the best experience. Every part of the process she made enjoyable. Now that our project is done, I make excuses to get things at Lowe's just to visit her. :)”

“Dave in the paint department provided the BEST customer service. In this time where I've noticed it difficult to find an employee that is enthusiastic about their job and there is such a lack of help at many stores that cater to customers, Dave was a breath of fresh air. Instead of pointing me in the right direction to find the wood stains, he asked me about my project and discussed my options on what colors and types of stains to use. He took his time to explain the different types of wood there are and how they all take to stain differently. He was an expert on the topic and I felt confident that he could help. I've been trying for months to find a stain that would match our cabinets. He looked at my sample and was able to match it instantly. He was spot on when several others could not help. Thank you so much Dave for going above and beyond to help. We are thrilled with the outcome. I wish there were more people like Dave (friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, genuine and enthusiastic).”

“Well worth the 20 minute drive from where I was at. I recently purchased some replacement transponder keys for one of my cars. I can't find anybody to cut the keys for me unless they sell me the key. I don't need them to program them because I have my own car key programmer. So I called to the store and talked to this great lady name Stormy and I asked her if they would do it and she said I'm sure we could come on in. Just a note to those who are using Google maps on their GPS to get to the store it leads you to the back of the store. That is where I parked and I asked a gentleman because that's where the gardening section is can I go through these doors and he said well you'll have to go out back to the front but I'll let you in through here. As soon as I walked in the store I started meandering down in aisle and I asked the first gentleman I met where I get keys cut. He said I could do it and I gave him the two blanks and asked him to remove my original off my keychain because my hands have a difficult time doing it. He was super friendly very professional and I told him I'm going to look for some other things while you're cutting the keys. WAs I was looking for some bolts and nuts he passed by me he said I'm going to just go ahead and take these in the back and polish them up for you. So I met him back at the key counter and I asked him where some goof Off wasn't some other things he pointed it out and then I returned. He said there's no charge for cutting the keys since you're buying other things.. Now I hope this doesn't get him in trouble but dang I'm going to tell everybody I know what an amazing group of employees they have there. So I headed to the checkout center and I finally got to meet Stormy the lady had spoken to on the phone. Wow I was fumbling around trying to unlock my debit card on my phone and she was so patient and kind. I will now be returning there for whatever I need for those kinds of items even though we have stores like it closer to where I live it was such a pleasant experience and had somebody available within seconds of anything I needed. KUDOS!!!”
