Michelle exceeded our expectations as a loan officer. From the beginning Michelle provided top notch customer service. She not only helped us though the mortgage process, she also took the time to educate us on things we did not know regarding this process. Michelle was also professional, available at all times, kept us informed, and was personable. We did not feel like just another client; we felt like Michelle truly cared about helping us become home owners. She is highly recommended! Thank you a thousand times Michelle!

Michelle has helped us a few times with our housing needs. We met Michelle when we first bought our home and recently helped us with a refinance. Both times we have used her, she has been very responsive and explained everything very well. She helped us through some of the headaches that can happen when buying a new home. She was up front and realistic with what we could do and afford and never made promises that she couldn't keep. Our loan is still with guild mortgage and I wouldn't change companies.

I must say i can not thank Michelle over at Guild Mortgage for all the help and time that she put in for me and my wife when purchasing our home. Michelle made the process so easy and very understanding of everry process that we went through. Me and my wife has been on our house now for a year and still till this day i am able to still contact her with any questions that i have about my home loan. Michelle is the best out there and i will refer her to any body that is in the housing market Thanks for all you did

The worst and most unfortunate experience. I am trying to post reviews on every platform possible to inform customers of the poor communication, trust, and professionalism that Michele M Estelle displays. I urge you not to do business with her or her branch. Began my process in May and in September my loan process has not been finalized. I will also be filing a formal complaint with their corporate office!

Once in a blue moon you run across someone who really knows their stuff. There are few professionals whose business cards you make sure to keep because you know you'll be referring to them again. Michelle Estelle is the absolute best in the business. She is knowledgeable, experienced, down to earth, and so smart! She handled my loan for our home and everything went perfectly. Love Michelle, very helpful with our mortgage. Willingly to help with all financing problems and solutions. Not another mortgage company that only wants to earn money. Gives advice what good and not when it comes to mortgage. Very wasy to talk to and makes follow ups and updates. Been with Guild Mortgage for 5 years now and loving it. Thumbs up!!!
