Nov 2022: Purchased a popup camper in the store in Murietta. So far, so good.May 2023: Found out that the solar panel on the roof (preinstalled) was not connected to the battery and asked Giant RV to fix that.July 2023: After about 2 months we got our camper back and went on our first road-trip.During that trip the battery boiled and nearly exploded, so we had to disconnect the battery and look for a nearby RV store for repairs. That store found out that some connections and crimps were installed badly (probably during the recent fix prior to our trip) and that the battery had died (presumably because of those). The bad connections were fixed and the battery replaced. Repairs did cost us about 300 Dollars, which Giant RV is not reimbursing, because their records do not show that any changes were done to the wiring/connections (wonder how they've connected the solar-panels without changing the wiring to the battery...).All in all an unfortunate and pretty unsatisfying experience. Wouldn't go there again.

This dealership has the worst customer service I have endured since owning my RV. Ordered the wrong parts for recall, did not follow up, ruined my awning andblew out motor controller and no follow through and manager screens calls and does not get back to you My manufacturer confirmed they never processed paperwork through the factory for any of the recalls.

Took our RV in for Solar set up and spent over 13k on what Ray said would be TOP OF THE LINE. We have had SO MANY issues with the solar set and these guys have done NOTHING about it. DO NOT TRUST these guys!! They have no idea what they' re doing. Even the manufacturer said the set was ALL wrong. It has been the most terrible experiences to deal with these guys. DO NOT TAKE YOUR RV to this place unless you enjoy being ignored and lied to. WORST PLACE!

We purchased an Alliance RV 5th wheel from Giant RV in Murrieta. Unfortunately, the unit arrived with the refrigerator not cooling at all. It was not caught in the PDI as it was not powered on long enough. We had to take the unit as we had already planned a shakedown trip so we went with coolers and ice. After that trip, we had to get the fridge replaced immediately as we were going on a trip we had planned a year ago with 13 family members to Mammoth in two weeks! William and John stepped up as did the Alliance factory folks to get a new fridge shipped quickly so that it could be swapped out. While I managed daily conversations between Giant RV and Alliance, everyone got on it and I am happy to report that they made the deadline 2 days early!!!! The RV industry gets a bad rap with quality and customer service issues and much of it is deserved. However, the service team, especially William and John, really exceeded my expectations to get it fixed and get it done on time. Great job and I would recommend Giant RV Wildomar to anyone. Thank you again for making it happen so that we could enjoy our trip in our new RV.

Dont go here. they over charge, do shady work, and terrible customer service. They make you feel like you dont matter, and that they'll always have another customer. Its businesses like these that need to reorganize upper management . I feel bad for the mechanics that work here.Services: Electrical

They overcharge, extremely expensive. Terrible customer service. I’ve been a long time customer here, and to get the simplest thing figured out takes 10 times longer than it does at any other shop. Do not go here.

Every time I walk in or call to make a purchase or simply ask a question, I have been greeted with professionalism. William and Richard have always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The rest of the crew are welcoming as well and I've not once had a bad experience there. I just recently had a new super glide 5th wheel hitch installed. Richard and William got everything squared away and got me up to speed on the mechanics of this thing. Thank you all at Giant RV service center for your expertise and professionalism!

Super impressed w/ Giant RV parts and services on Walnut st. In Wildomar. Went there twice now. All personnel were polite, friendly, and professional. They had what I needed in stock, and I was on my way. I will only shop there for my camper/RV needs. : )

Staff was kind, moderately knowledgeable about retail products, and attentive. Retail products limited, price is about 20% higher than Amazon and about 10% higher than surrounding stores. I bought sealant and it worked well, slim selection of colors.

Had a great experience with Ray. I had brought my rv in several times for an AC issue. Ray made sure that the RV would be ready for each time it needed to be used and was more than willing to coordinate schedules.

Just had a chat with Giant RV dealership's service department on how they work. Even though I have a mobile tech's diagnosis that the schwintech slide gear is stripped in my 2 month old trailer the process is:1. Bring the trailer in to service on appt date 8 weeks from call for service.2. Service dept confirms problem,3. Warranty claim is made to manufacturer which takes an unknown amount of time but could be a month or so.4. Warranty work approved, so parts ordered. Parts have taken up to 4 months to arrive.5. Install parts. So I could be without my now 2 month old trailer for 3 to 7 months. Also, if you have a insurance company-approved technician's diagnosis of problem why can't the warranty claim be submitted NOW rather than 2 months from now along with a parts order? Why is the RV industry so broken?I REALLY regret buying a trailer at this point.Response to comment below:I have an end of January appointment that I made in early December which I was told was the soonest available. I don't need more discussion. I understand the repair timeline is unpredictable based on parts timing. I've just documented what I was told in the initial call for service, which I later discussed with you when you told me I was on your white board & would be contacted if an appointment cancellation occurred. No call so far, so I assume no cancellations. I originally posted this review on the Murrieta yelp page but they apparently complained to yelp that it didn't apply to them so I reposted here
