We sat down with Kendra and explained the situation. Kendra was very helpful and understanding. It felt like it only took 5 minutes and my daughter was approved. Afterwards Kendra expressed happiness and excitement for my daughter. She made us feel like she actually cared about her customers.”

“Website states branch is open when it is not. I googled to see if they were open on Columbus Day and website shows they are. Please fix this. Waste of time and gas which is a not ok.”

“Staff is always friendly when I come here, ATMs have worked phenomenal when not needing to go inside. If it’s slow, having an IT background , the bank can’t control that at times. It’s more of a network issue. Be patient. Inside it is always clean, refreshing and great customer service from the staff. A lot of customers come through here so if you’re in a rush, come back another day. Don’t blame the staff for your piss poor planning to need something in a rush. Come when you have time because today at noon it can be packed and tomorrow empty but don’t base your one time experience to always be the same other than the customer service. Never had any issues, I will definitely be coming here again.”

“I have been a SDCCU member for over 30 years. With its growth over those years there were a few growing pains for sure. But, SDCCU has never let us down whenever we needed to interact with them; being it a loan of any kind where we selected them, dealing with issues related to our checking or savings accounts, fraud crap on our accounts, wire transfers, trust conversion, etc. I chose this specific SDCCU as I have been frequenting it, by far, the most of any branch over the past nearly 20 years (as recently as the other day). I rarely have ever set actual foot in the actual building itself, as the wife tends to most matters, because their online banking is fairly easy to navigate. The employees at this bank branch have always been courteous, helpful, quick and efficient. So, for a bank branch I give this branch my 5 star rating (as good as it gets).”
