WORST WORST HORRIBLE PLACE!!! I can't believe I keep my thing's there that long, I had a storage unit for almost 2 years. In the first 6 months, all kind of thing's were MISSING!!! Complained to DAVE, he said maybe a friend, family member got my CODE and Key! SHOULD have made a POLICE report right there and then moved OUT! I'm an elderly women on a fixed income and it was Christmas time, so thinking my things were safe, I put Christmas presents in my unit (so grandkids couldn't snoop, bought clothes) GONE GONE GONE!!! That was 2021, didn't move out(CHEAP PLACE) made no police report BIG MISTAKE! Then again Christmas of 2022, notice more stuff was MISSING-GONE. Boxes moved around, bags opened! Report it to DAVE, he said there's No MASTER KEY, No sign of forced ENTRY, after the first stuff was missing we did change my LOCK and CODE, That's also when I got RAT'S!!! Rat poop and Pee on Couch, Chairs, Mattress's, POOP every where, glue traps suggested by DAVE!!! Finally MOVED OUT FEBRUARY 1st, 2023!!! WORST PLACE EVER, MAKE SURE YOU GET INSURANCE!!! HORRIBLE PLACE, Finally made a POLICE REPORT!!!

I’ve been a customer for a little over a year now and I gotta say that I’m mostly satisfied.David is awesome. He’s always the person I’ve talked to when I come here and he was the one who set me up with my account. I have received a call from a woman, but not sure her name but she seemed pleasant from the once interaction.One thing I’ve really liked is that they seemed to have the best bang for your buck and they will charge late fees, but they have been great at calling me to avoid me having to pay late fees. David says this is something they do for folks who do autopay. I changed banks and so my original card no longer worked, so they called me to do a payment over the phone.The downsides I have are not small but nothing I feel deserves low rating.- my monthly payment went up by about $20 a few months ago which is a huge percentage from when I started.- the hours are lackluster. If I remember correctly, you have access to your storage between the hours of 7 AM to 7 PM, 7 days a week, but the office is only open 8 AM to 5 PM. This has only been an issue for me in that they require you to physically come in to make changes to your payment. These are bank hours, so difficult for some people to make time to come in. BUT they are open these same hours on Sat/Sun, so this is a non issue for most people. David was also really awesome one day in letting me come a little after 5 (just don’t come expecting that to happen)Overall, though, I’m satisfied and would recommend these guys to anyone looking for storage at a decent price and with reasonable hours.

Facility is super clean, secure/safe, easy access to the 15 freeway and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

I've had storage here for over five years. It's an older storage facility with all drive-up units. You aren't going to get better value . But- storages do get dirty on the inside with dust and weather so you need to be aware of that, because this is an outdoor facility. Are there things that could improves? Yes. But if you're looking for a place to store your items and you pay your rents on time and follow the guidelines, you won't have problems. And yes it is costly if you lose your keys.
