Sorry Albertsons owner, but I won't be coming back here again. This habit businesses have of forcing their customers to check themselves out will eventually take over, I know. But customers take longer to do all the stuff your employees are pros at doing. So we all have to wait longer for each other, and deal with those ANNOYING machines ourselves. NO ONE likes them except maybe the people getting less than 5 things.
I just put back 6 items because I got so frustrated, and just got the few things I absolutely needed.
Are the prices you expect customers to pay not enough profit that you have to make us engage with a machine? Maybe I'm just one customer you've lost. But maybe I'm not.

I have started shopping at this location and love the store .the employees at the deli are great .. the store is clean and organized .. great place to shop

This Albertsons has been my local grocery store for over 3 years now. I also use this location because of the western union . I send money every month to my mother in New Zealand. This morning I was informed that the only person who knows how to use the w/u computer is late to work. So I wait 20 minutes, only to be I formed actually the w/u co.puter is down and we don't know when it will be back up. This is completely unacceptable lack of customer service. What's the point of a store having two managers if only one knows what the the he'll is going on in the store. I am very disappointed and will be logging a formal complaint in person with the manager when I see him.

Albertsons is the store I like shopping at. They have all the brands that I like to use. So I don't have to run around to different stores to get everything I need.
