Straight to the point. The owner (Dan), charged me $442 for two tweeters ($120) to be installed in the dash. You can call anywhere else and get the same thing done for under $250. Check around, you will see I am correct. I was charged for 2.5 hours worth of work. Again, this job does not take nearly that long to complete. We talked in the office or outside for most of the time. I arrived there at 11:30am, left there at 5:39pm. SMH. Completely unprofessional. He did not tell me a price until the job was finished or else I would not have agreed to such an outrageous price. This was yesterday, went in today to speak with him about the price, no real excuse. Just excuses. I was giving him a chance to right his wrongs, but to no prevail. The area is trashy, I would not recommend this place to anyone. But to each his own. This is my first time writing a review, I just had to speak on this situation to warn others about this shop. Good luck. đ

Worst customer service I've encountered. My girlfriend and I visited because her system was experiencing issues. However, the staff member (Dan) we spoke to attributed the problem solely to the iPhone, dismissing any potential system issues. When I sought further clarification, the response was confrontational and unhelpful, "you want to argue with me? You can fix it yourself".It is difficult to accept that the problem lies solely with multiple iPhones rather than a clear faulty system. Word of advice, you can find similar and better systems for the fraction of the price anywhere in riverside, LA, and orange county. Highly encourage you to look at other options before settling, you can avoid being ripped off and potentially disrespected all in one.

This guy is the definition of a SCAMMER. SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE. He installs crappy systems and refuses to fix it. I asked him to install apple play and speakers and the total was $2,100+. DO NOT COME HERE if you are a woman and know nothing about systems/speakers etc he will give you the worst system that he has. He told me that the system doesn't have any issues and that it's my iPhone (I have an iPhone 14) and that I need to restart it once a week in order for the system to work properly with no issues. The system he installed constantly glitches, freezes and doesn't even connect. I've tried to show him videos and he refuses to look at them. He asked for more money so he can fix the system that he sold me and installed himself. He says that it's a manufacture issue and it has nothing to do with him. He refuses to fix the crappy system he installed unless he gets more money to take it out and send it to the manufacture to get checked for issues. He's not a good person who will help you out he's only looking to make money and give you crappy services.

If I can give a zero I would 1st he changers 380 for my sisters sound system an doesnât even put in a new system all he did was make her radio work then he takes all her old sound system stuff an does not tell her that he kept it an we had to go back an ask him for all the stuff back an then he didnât even give it all back we had to call him an ask him if he had more of the stuff an he says yes in my opinion this is VERY BAD business if you ever go there make sure you have everything that you took your car with

So far I keep going back. I haven't had any complaints. I bought a car through Car Max and in the description it said it had an alarm. It didn't have an alarm so Car Max referred me to this place at their cost and ever since then I have been going back here for random accessories for my truck. Seems convenient and no hidden or surprising costs in the middle of the installations. So I'm happy!!

Place is small, but Dan knows his business there. Told me many different variations, and suggested the right setup I was looking for. Sound was exactly what I wanted. Clean work, no signs of wear or scratches. Gave some time to make sure it held up. Not one sign of problems. Quality. Highly recommended.

Waited for 3 weeks to get windows tinted. Then day comes and 3 hours later didnât get done. No explanation whatsoever. I was the first one with appointment and he decided to do somebody else first. He could called me and at least let me know but decided not to. I will take my business elsewhere. By the way u can keep the $20 deposit you asked for.

The owner took the time to help me out today. With finding the right stereo harness for my double din.He stopped to help me in the middle of a install. Even let me borrow a tool so I can remove my stock stereo.Good peoples ?

I brought my truck to Dan the owner of audio waves He did an amazing job on my system. Prior to coming to audio waves the stereo shop that installed my system did such a terrible job I wouldnât risk taking it back there !! I brought Dan a electrical mess not only the stereo system was done wrong my back up camera stopped working. He not only rewired everything he also installed A brand new Sony AV receiver touchscreen âAwesomeâ Installed a new back up camera which is on point . Such an amazing job Dan did on everything . I will never take any of my vehicles anywhere else than Audio waves. I recommend audio waves to all of my friends and anybody reading this review, top-notch company !! Iâve already have three more Installs lined up for him and his team of professionals. Thanks Dan for such an outstanding job you didâŚâŚ

Quick And Quality Work. Had him install a new in dash android pc for my BMW X5. Even made sure all of the aftermarket system worked with the steering wheel controls. All in all definitely wood recommend.

I went in to have 2 6 x 9 speakers and a sub installed. Talked with Dan about install and options. He was patient and answered all of my questions, showed me multiple options, and helped me through the process. Made appointment. Install went great. Very happy with the system, will definitely be back for future upgrades and additions. Thank you Dan!
