Been going over 7 years. Got there after driving almost two hours and was told that I couldn't get meds because I need to see the doctor since I haven't been there since February 2024. Seen doctor in January 2024. Yet, they could give me a lipo shot which is medication. I told the medical assistant that it doesn't make sense to give me a shot but can't give me actual medication. I was faithful because I loved this place when original owner and his daughter ran it but it's gone down a lot. I will look for a new place. Packages are overpriced, limited hours ... why close at 3:50 pm on a Saturday but closed on Sunday and Monday.

I had the pleasure to speak to their office supervisor Alejandra after I had some questions and concerns about my weight loss journey she was very polite, understanding and super knowledgeable of the products being used at the clinic. She took the time to explain to me and made me feel very comfortable. Thank you Alejandra and all the Medical staff can’t wait to start seeing my results.

I met with Nancy the Nurse Practitioner (who is awesome) March 1st & since I've lost 46 lbs, 215 now 169 lbs. The staff is really helpful & professionalCan't say enough good things about this office. My lab work & overall health is the best it's been in 25 years.

use to be way better, prices are up, you get half of what you did before.... isent as effective.... also closed 2 days in a row is really inconvient. i wasentt able to make it friday or sat .... needing segmaglitude friday now i have to wait till tuesday! i went here in the past and it worked well, staff was amazing but now its really changed and really not for the better.

Runnnnn so unorganized and unprofessional, I don’t think the doctor is even a real doctor or license physician l. They don’t know what medicine is and or what benefits these vitamins have it don’t have l. Including weight loss information.Seems like these people are just testing on you l. I would encourage their credentials need to be reviewed.Still a zero and run to the comment left by this place, understand I’ve have never had a “physician” holler back when I was explaining why they aren’t following procedures correctly. And if they already made the medicine and the person paid it’s to late to try and back track oh let’s take your vitals and your medical history.. like this place is a joke and should be reported to have all the licenses looked at.. I don’t need to hear from you or anyone at this place it’s all garbage.

The front desk personnel did not tell me they check bmi for a certain medication. Waisted an hour of my time. I could have been at a consultation with another clinic

Price just went up again. Its now $110 for 28 pills, These pills don't even work anymore. for a couple of months now i noticed these pills seem less effective. i have gained weight using all the pills. I will be going to a new weight loss clinic.

I'm literally probably the only person who has gained a significant amount of weight since I started their weight loss program. Very expensive. Doesn't work.
