First time doing surgery ever. The nurses were really caring. The whole process was smooth. I was in and out within hours. Much appreciated all the helps received, and the follow-up call.

My husband’s call light had been on for 30 minutes. I finally asked an aide I saw in the hall to find our nurse. When he came, he said they don’t answer call lights, because most of them are broken. So there is no way for patients to call for help.
