My husband and I love to eat and try out restaurants (as evidenced by my other Yelp reviews, haha)... so we need to workout for some sort of balance. We used to go to the Fit Body Boot Camp in Cypress years ago, but eventually stopped when we moved. We used to run marathons/half marathons, but then the pandemic happened. We do have gym memberships but we don't really go. We haven't worked out in awhile... starting all over again is difficult, but we did like our previous experience with the boot camp so we were glad to find one close by.We are now around 30+ sessions in. The workouts are no joke, they are super challenging, and we feel so tired once they're done, but we never regret doing it afterwards. Basically a love-hate relationship: we love that we're feeling healthier and (a little) stronger every week, but we hate how hard the workouts are, haha. Coach Chandy and Coach Sam are amazing, they are soo nice and friendly, always having encouraging words for us and are super motivating. To be honest, there are some days when it feels really tough to get out of the house to go workout, but having the coaches push us and guide us helps. Especially for newbies like us! Highly recommend giving this boot camp a try!"DON'T QUIT!"

I work and workout at fitbody bootcamp and let me tell you this is the most humbling workout I have been through. I would consider myself in elite shape but this workout exposes where I am weak and that's what I love about fit body. Fit body has helped me increase my muscular endurance for the competitions that I do. I run marathons, ultra marathons, run spartan races, played football in the past, and I play basketball. My conditioning is great because of running but muscular endurance is a bit different. And I need endurance for the sports that I currently do. I also love the fit body community everyone is very welcoming and encouraging. The great thing about fit body is every workout has a modification and a progression to each movement in the workout. For example, a few of our members have bad knees so we switch and modify workouts for them so they can still have a great workout despite their injury. Furthermore, if something is too easy we progress the movement by adding weight or adding another movement to it. As a coach, a lot of people ask me what is the best exercise for someone who hasn't worked out in a long time or never worked out. Scientifically speaking it is HIIT. High Intensity Interval Training puts your heart at higher BPMs to burn more fat. The great thing with HIIT workouts is the fact that you use weights so your also building strength. Lastly, all I can say is don't be afraid to step into fit body bootcamp the coaches are great with showing you the form, all are truly passionate about what they do, and they will make working out a fun thing, not a scary thing.

This place is hands down THE BEST workout spot !!! Every coach is AMAZING and hands on with each and everyone of us. It will be one year in April that I have been attending this bootcamp and I couldn't be more happier and proud that I chose this place to be my daily workout spot!! I cannot say enough words that can show how awesome this place truly is. If anyone is looking for a good workout and coaches that truly care about your goals I highly recommend coming and checking it out. Whittier Fit Body is truly a 5 star bootcamp !!!

Coaches are all great. They know everyone by name. Coaches show you correct form and encourage you. Ireally love the workout, and every day is a new class. Not one is alike.

Just an FYI, the front door is usually locked from the outside, so you'll have to come in through the back (there more parking there anyway). I saw that they were running a free trial, so I figured I'd give them a try. I was not disappointed. Coach Chandy is extremely motivating and empathetic. He makes sure that you work-out at your own pace, but still gives you that push that you need. The environment itself is very inviting. The culture itself is extremely friendly, because a lot of the other members are just as supportive as the coach. I have not worked out in several years, and my first day was extremely difficult; I got nauseous to the point of wanting to vomit. As I'm typing this, I have completed four days at the gym (30 minutes each session). I feel stronger already. I am definitely going to continue.

I'm beyond blessed and happy to have found this place. There is so much love and support from each coach. They take pride in what they do. I have seen such a drastic change in my body. I found Whittier Fit Body Boot Camp when I decided I want to make some serious changes in my life and push my passions in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Coaches Marissa and Ray have started a strong positive community in the morning that really pushes each other for their goals in health or weight loss. Even though I am still early on in training with them I am glad to find them to help build this positive community and not to not give up on our goals. I suggest giving them a try

I don't have enough words to describe how amazing Marisa and Ray are. I have been a member since January 3rd and have been committed to going every Monday - Friday since then. A big part of my wanting to come back is Marissa and Ray. Both push me to "Level Up" and hold me accountable. The workouts are incredible and constantly changing so you're not feeling your workout is just repetitive. I'm so happy i found this gym.
