It seems to me this place of worship is always closed, they seem to have no online services for elder people or those that don't drive or have a vehicle, how do they get the message of God out or if your in need of prayer, when you called the listed number or go on their website and it says CLOSED, are they closed for good?? I've never heard of a Victory Outreach closed like this especially if there are so many souls to save...
