Terrible company, terrible customer service. Received 2 damaged products (unrepairable) but the company has refused to do anything about it. For 4 months they have been telling me they will replace it or refund me the money and nothing has happened. Every week I follow up and all I get empty promises that something will happen soon. I am out over $1500 with 2 junk items that I now have to pay even more money to dispose of.Stay away from them as it seems I'm not the only one with such terrible experiences.

Ordered a set of mud flaps for my BMW M3 (G80). Came with no instructions, and all Vicrez were able to do was refer me to a video showing installation on a Dodge Durango!Flaps were basically just pieces of plastic, leaving it to the customer to somehow determine the correct location to drill holes in the flaps. I.e. no template, markings, or anything else was provided. Despite the claims on their web site, I do not consider these to be usable by a normal consumer.Returned the product, and Vicrez charged a 15% restocking fee that is not mentioned anywhere in their return policy.Definitely a company to avoid.

Absolutely awful company with awful products, and even worst customer service. I'm filing a BBB claim today. As short as I can make his; In Nov 2023 I ordered a hood, Bumper cover, Grille assembly, and LED fog lights. The hood was damaged inside of the box, and the bumper cover and grilles were just thrown in an empty box with zero packing. I rejected the hood, complained about the bumper cover and grill being beat up, and notified them they did not even ship me the fog lights. Through 3 more failed shipments, and making me wait nearly a month for their multiple lost shipments, I finally had all the parts in late Dec of 23. The body shop then went to install everything and the nightmare continued. The fog lights are not LED, they are falsely advertised incandescent light bulbs with removable cheap H11 bulbs. The hood is so malformed and flimsy that the scoops don't fit, it literally flexes and shakes in the wind, and feels like it'll bend in half with one good slam. The bumper cover is dreadful. The gaps and edges are so awful, they don't even have material there to meet the fenders. The grille doesn't fit the bumper cover, but not sure which is the culprit. The hood to bumper cover gap is raised over a half inch. The product is complete junk. I filed a paypal dispute after contacting them numerous times with no help. They are now supposedly telling paypal they refunded my money....which is impossible, b/c there's no refund on my paypal history. When I did call, the dozen times, I got employees working from home, with yelling kids in the background. This is the cheapest of the China replacement parts you could imagine, sold under the guise of a reputable company. You have been warned. See my pics, and expect nothing more.

Worst customer service ever. Purchased a hood for over $1000 from this company that arrived damaged. Company stated that I needed to send photos which I did. They then said that they would need to file a claim with the shipping company. It has been over a week with no resolution which could take up to a month based on what they've told me. Paula a lead there will no longer answer my calls and her reason was she is busy with other customers. They did offer me 10% to keep the hood which was declined because of the amount of damage. The repair would cost at least 400 600 to sand dent removal and paint. Overall a terrible experience with Vicrez. I will never purchase any of their products again. Read some of the reviews before you purchase from them and you will understand why.

Worst business I've incountered in a long time I ordered a rim which they said they had they did not I've been waiting close to a month for my refund an still nothing I made my purchase on nov19 an it's Dec 11th now something is fishy with these guys fs

Bought a Widebody Kit in June of 2023. Never received the tires I added onto the order ($1014.99). Began inquiring about the tires in August. Called approximately 2-3 times a month about this and kept getting empty promises they would be shipped in the "next few weeks". Now it is November and I have been demanding a refund for approximately 3 weeks. They promise over and over again it will be processed once "the billing team gets back from lunch" promise after promise, still no refund. This company is a joke, they absolutely do not care to make good on their promises and I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend purchasing from them as they clearly don't stock items they sell. Not to mention the body kit pieces were DAMAGED, however I did not raise concern as my body guy was able to fix them. Will be pursuing legal action regarding the money they have withheld on the tires.

My first hood was sent to the wrong location and I had to order another one, When it arrived it was damaged and vicrez didn't ever return our calls or emails. We had to pay for repairs and just to get everything squared away it took about a month to get all the products.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!I purchased a Forged Carbon Fiber Redeye Spoiler. It showed up to my house damaged. I immediately requested a return/replacement. Someone named Larrisa emailed me back right away. I have submitted countless pictures and everything they requested. I requested an update as was told that i have to wait for them(Vicrez) to submit a damaged claim to FedEx. I have submitted damaged claims to FedEx and UPS on my own and gotten them taken care of way faster. I feel this company just says they submit claims but never do. Clearly because i am not the only one who is going thru this same situation. Its all right here in the reviews. These action clearly show this company should not be in business due to their history of extremely bad customer service. I will also be contacting the BBB Spent almost $900 on a broken part i cant even use.

Trash customer service tried for 2 months to resolve a damaged spoiler caused by vicrez's negligence in shipping. They packed the spoiler in a box that was too small for it, then proceeded to try and extend the box with tape and more cardboard. Result=damaged spoiler on arrival after UPS booted it around. Then call after call and pictures were provided, they wanted "better pictures." You be the judge about that as I uploaded some photos. No one every did anything about it just wasted my time. I don't recommend and will not buy from again.

Recently purchased mudflaps for my 2022 durango and they did not last more than 2 months . It looked great but They cracked from them touching the parking blocks . Save your money and just get the factory mudflaps that can take any condition or weather .

Parts arrived in two packages; one for front bumper and one for back. Only issue is they thought the front winglets were the side pieces so I did not get a part over $50. So either I'm out this part plus the shipping to return the items for a refund or I'm going to have Vicrez removed from every part and going to put their competitor's name to give them free advertising instead.Update: They sent the side pieces, hoping I don't have any more issues.

My experience with Vicrez has been a huge inconvenience for my build! I ordered a body kit from them and it was an easy, smooth transaction, I waited about 2 weeks then I ordered my hood for my build I was sure the transaction would be a smooth experience because I had already ordered once from them prior but to say the least it has been the worst experience dealing with their Customer Service! First my shipment was delayed and I contacted their customer service with multiple calls and emails for an ETA on when my hood would be arriving finally a week later my hood arrived, to my inconvenience the hood arrived damaged! I put in my claim for a return and a resolution and the process has been the biggest inconvenience ever they stated that their investigation takes 10-14 business days, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited their time frame of investigation and today marks the 14th day and I reached out to them only to get a response that they haven’t heard any updates from whoever they are waiting on and stated to wait another 2 more days for any updates. This is ridiculous! Vicrez do better on your customer service!! Also stop blaming the Carriers when you choose who you guys work with, take responsibility. I will never be ordering from here again and I will share my experience with any friends and family in the car scene!

This has been the worst experience ordered a kit and a diffuser first it’s all coming in multiple shipments still waiting on my kit and rims FedEx tracking said it’s delayed but infact it lost but they don’t know what’s lost weather it’s my rims, the kit or my splinter. This has been the biggest headache and worst experience I’m in a couple car clubs so vicrez was recommended but I’m really starting to have doubts and one of my side skirts were damaged??♀️

Terrible experience, they sent me a shipping notification but never actually shipped the item. When I reached out, they claimed "Custom vinyl's take a little time to manufacture and that is why we have not shipped your vinyl yet" however, this was not a custom vinyl. (4 days after the shipment notification, too)They were just cornered and trying to come up with anything. I order $1M+ a year in materials like this, I was hoping this would be a supplier I could rely on.Just beware that if you get a shipping notification, chances are that label is just sitting in their warehouse until you email them about the status.
