I want to give the entire Verizon Team for a job well done setting up my son and me with our new phones. They were very friendly, understanding and patience with all our questions. They went above and beyond normal customer service expectations. Especially I want to commend Eli, Hash and Rüben for being very accommodating and professional. Management, please recognize these individuals and team.

Upgraded my phone today with the help of Garland! He provided excellent customer service and enjoyable conversation while we went through the process of getting me the iPhone 15! I felt awful about being there 15/20 minutes after closing, but he was very kind and helpful as assured me that it was alright! Great guy :)

BEWARE OF BAIT AND SWITCHThe salesman and the money man. The overly friendly salesman makes you feel good. The salesman makes the sale and gives the final price. After you agree. The Money Man comes in with hundreds of dollars in taxes and all the extra fees.While I was waiting, I actually watched happen to an elderly couple. The salesman had made them obligated. The pretending he was a good person, doing them a favor.While I was waiting, I actually watched this happen.As you can see in my other reviews, I always try to stay positive and helpful.The perplexed elderly couple felt guilty for saying yes, originally. They paid hundreds of dollars more than originally quoted.When it was our turn, we told the manager, Jeffrey we were not here to buy a phone. We wanted to see if they could technically fix the phone. He became to get louder and louder and tried to tell us we needed to change our perception and not to get the phone fixed. Ask for the type person to talk to. He ran and called the tech person Reuben into the back of the room. Then said the tech person can't help us, without even looking at the phone.We asked for a tech number to handle it ourselves. He gave us 611 and we went to the parking lot and called technical support and they helped us.I feel really bad for the employees here. I hope this is not Verizon's code of behavior at their stores.

Ruben helped us and is honest knowledgeable and personable easy to speak with. Efficiency clean and comfortable environment. Will come back if around in 12 years again for me or every year for my two daughter and wife lol.

I came to purchase a wall charger and it took forever to get someone to help with such a simple purchase. I had to write my name on a list and wait for a Representative to assist me. What ever happened to just get what to need and pay at the counter? When my name was finally called I was provided with a wall charger that cost $35 that didn't include the cable. The cable was a separate charge for an additional $35. So $70 not including taxes for a wall charger and cables for my IPhone 12 Pro Max! Are you crazy? I went on Amazon and bought 2 20W fast charging wall charger with cables for under $20. This is clearly the reason these Verizon stores are closing, they have over head and pass that on to the customers. I'll never walk into this Verizon store or any other again!!

Came in around 6:10 pm 1/6/24 and left within 15 mins. There were only 2 employees on the floor, a woman and an older man. We were helped by the man who had the worst customer service. We went in with a couple questions about our plans but was given short/rude answers, or made it seem like we should have known. Seemed as he didnt want to help. He gave a lot of attitude(tone and facial expressions), was sarcastic, and made us feel belittled with his answers.

Horrible service! Came in to get information regarding phones and plans as I'm looking to switch providers, the man working there was horrible! Minimal info was provided and he just expected you to understand the little info he was throwing at us. He was also difficult to understand. Will check another store and hope Verizon offers better customer care service.

Came in to buy some phones for the family. Walked in and waited for 10 mins wasn't greeted or acknowledged by any of the staff. Walked out. I'll try another store.

The best Verizon service that I have ever seen. I forgot to ask for her name but she was very insightful, professional and kind. I definitely recommend others to come here. (They don’t take appointments scheduled online - not sure if it’s a technical glitch)

I recently had a great experience with customer service at this Verizon store. I went into the store with the intention of trading in my old iPhone, and Dulce made the entire process a breeze. First off, the trade-in process was smoother than butter. Dulce explained the trade-in value and walked me through the entire process, making sure I understood every step. It was refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely knew their stuff and didn't make the trade-in process feel like a hassle. Dulce also navigated through the system, ensuring my account information was up-to-date, and she took the opportunity to explain some new features and benefits that came with the updated plan. Throughout the entire process, Dulce maintained a friendly and approachable demeanor. She genuinely wanted to ensure I left the store satisfied and well-informed. Dulce at this store was so great. She was so so helpful and even helped me make sure my monthly bill was exactly what I needed. It was a quick and easy experience which is something I can’t say about my past experiences with Verizon.
