Ricardo has great customer service. He assisted with my phone upgrade and my home internet update as well. Ricardo was very thorough in explaining the plans and benefits in my upgrade. Thank you Ricardo for all the help!

I had a new phone come in through insurance due to mine breaking. I got the new phone but had misplaced my SIM card. Ricardo made the process very quick and stress free with an electronic SIM card which I didn't know existed. Very friendly and courtesy service 5/5

DO NOT come to this store!!! DO NOT!!!! Literally drive anywhere else…this store is full of arrogant liars. I came in to add a line and get a new cell phone. Eli (is a girl) she sits at the first computer on the left STAY AWAY from here. She is a liar. I told her exactly what we wanted and I also said I do not trust Verizon because they tack on charges and services and don’t tell the customer. I’ve been a victim more than once. So I decided to record the conversation. Eli assured me I would not be charged anything extra. In fact quoted me $111 for all lines. 2 days later I get a text message from Verizon telling me to confirm my Disney Bundle and some at home equipment bundle. I immediately called customer service. Looks like Eli went ahead and put extra charges on my account and services. But this time I got them on recording…lying…I will be suing. This is illegal and from the looks of it they are doing it over and over.
I went into the store and Jeff the general manager (he was very proud of that!! ?) was as useless as a white crayon. I asked to be connected to corporate or the owner since it was an independent retailer and he refused. So…whoever is reading this above good Ol Jeff’s head reach out to me. This can’t keep going on…THIS IS ILLEGAL!!! You all should be ashamed of yourself. Also I was told my bill was $209 not $111 from the actual real Verizon customer service. Which also mentioned that they take care of customers who are “signed up” for services in the store without their authorization.
Beware! Run the other way…actually just get rid of Verizon all together

I have never walked into a Verizon store quite like this one before. It is exceptionally clean, and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable. I have to give a special shoutout to Eliyah, who went above and beyond to help me with all of my phone needs. Her work ethic is unmatched, and she is the epitome of professionalism. On a scale from 1 to 10, she is a perfect 10. She knew exactly what I needed, and I left the store feeling happy and satisfied with my purchases, all thanks to her expertise. I am extremely grateful and wish every store had someone like her. Thank you!

I want to give the entire Verizon Team for a job well done setting up my son and me with our new phones. They were very friendly, understanding and patience with all our questions. They went above and beyond normal customer service expectations. Especially I want to commend Eli, Hash and Rüben for being very accommodating and professional. Management, please recognize these individuals and team.
