Ricardo has great customer service. He assisted with my phone upgrade and my home internet update as well. Ricardo was very thorough in explaining the plans and benefits in my upgrade. Thank you Ricardo for all the help!

07/06/24 I had a new phone come in through insurance due to mine breaking. I got the new phone but had misplaced my SIM card. Ricardo made the process very quick and stress free with an electronic SIM card which I didn't know existed. Very friendly and courtesy service 5/5
