Had an awesome experience at Vans at the Whittwood Mall today!! We were helped by Tosh, who was super kind and patient while we did our Christmas shopping!! The store was clean and has a good selection of merchandise!! I would highly recommend a visit to this store!!!

Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The store is clean and well organized. They ordered the size shoe my son wanted online and are shipping them to our house. We also bought a couple shirts and a sweatshirt for my other son. They were able to give me the 15% off of both transactions as a new rewards member! Super nice of them!

This is the first time we've been to the new Vans shoe store in the Whittwood Mall. It was beautiful and the people were very nice and I can definitely remember the old place up the street where Vans used to be.

The day I purchased shoes for my daughter Sage helped me and he was very helpful. We went home and realized one of the shoes I got were not the best for my daughter since they were white. I went the day after and Martin and Sarah helped me. They were sooo helpful. Thank you guys!

Very satisfied was actually going to tip the young lady that helped me out. But I dint see after I got my shoes. Well thank you very much for ur service. And I see no reason why not to go again, I will most defitnetly having them in mind for shoe selection. Even for the kidos

Small format store, associate helping with shoes was great but they had 5 employees in the back and 1 cashier. So we got the shoes but then a line going out the door started. And there was the problem.

This is the worst Vans store ever!!!!!! They sell everything full price and you can go to any other vans store to compare prices … some of them they have discounts and then you go back to this one to do a return and they have so many excuses just to not give you your money back…. Then I called to Cerritos and they told me to go there and they helped me out with this without any excuses…. definitely this location is not a good Store … No customer service at all ??

Love my vans pretty much all i wear. I have hard custom orthotics that fit well in all their shoes.

Martin, a salesperson, and the cashier, presumably the manager, were both very friendly and helpful. This is the best-run Vans store I've been to. Will be back.
