I have had two separate mortgage type transactions at this location and Ivan and Brenda have both been outstanding! They are very patient and professional in dealing with my sometimes numerous questions and genuinely care to make sure all my needs are met. They are always friendly and approachable when I see them and I feel so fortunate to have had these two by my side throughout my mortgage endeavors. Thank you so so much Ivan and Brenda! You both are awesome.

1st time stepping into an actual branch since becoming a member and i walked out completely satisfied. I had lost my pin # for my card, and the teller Ivan was super helpful. Provided helpful information in regard to how i can withdrawal, the hours of operation and informed me about the live teller... the live teller helped me with me with my needs and was super friendly, amazing to be able to still see a friendly face in these times. i walked out of there 100% satisfied with my visit!

Very upset my phone got stolen I didn't have a passcode on it so this people who stole my phone went to my cashapp which my bank account is linked to this app. This person transferred money from my financial partners to my cashapp and sent it to themselves or friend not sure. I called customer service to let them know what happen on Friday 4/3/2020 and representative had me call Saturday because department was closed. Come Saturday I got transferred to claims department right when she started to question me she gave me attitude like it was my fault this happen to me. So I started to get upset because her tone of voice and her communication skills weren't professional. Advised me she would have to speak to a manager regarding my dispute. Keep in mind I work for a hospital and this is their primary bank and I've only had this account open for 1 month. So Monday came along didn't get call so I called the bank back got transferred to the claims department again. They came to a conclusion that it was my fault my phone didn't have a passcode and my fault my bank information was on my phone! Can you believe this? How is MY BANK going to tell me that it's my fault I lost my phone?!?!!?! So I decided to speak to a supervisor and he gave me attitude as well telling me that he has cashapp and it doesn't work that way and tells me it's my fault as well. That they couldn't help me to contact cashapp because they're considered a third party. I'm going to close my account with financial partners I'm in disbelief they treated me in this way. They're basically telling me if I were to ever lose my debit card god forbid and someone made transactions it's my fault I lost my card!?!?! I don't feel secure banking with them this is ridiculous! First time fraud has ever happen to me and it feels like shit and for my bank to tell me it's my fault and can't help is even worse. This wasn't no $30 this was $506. This why I am upset and I would not recommend this bank i would give them 0 stars if I could!!! I contacted cashapp they want me to make a Police report for the fraud claim but from what I'm aware unfortunately cashapp doesn't refund funds and this just unbelievable.... They replied but yet not useful every other bank I've called said they would've disputed and helped me like I said WORTHLESSSSSSSS . Don't give me advice on cashapp I had it programmed a certain way because it was easier and convenient. I didn't think this incident was going to happen. Your service isn't up to par compared to other banks and you just replied to reword everything I just said why even reply back? If you can't assist me. As I said previous in my review YOU ARE SAYING ITS MY FAULT FOR LOSING MY PHONE "UNSECURED BANKING"
