During a recent visit, the manager and assistant manager were extremely helpful and professional. They handled a misunderstanding with courtesy and compassion that is lacking in the customer service industry these days. I highly recommend their services.

I went into the store last week with my grandparents. They needed to get live scans. He is 89 years old. I was little nervous about how this was going to get done. We were helped by Bianca. She was professional but also very patient and caring to my grandfather. I cannot thank her enough making a difficult process easy.

I have been a customer of this UPS Store for 8+ years and feel that they deserve a fair review from a several times a week customer.I rent a small box here to collect mail that I would prefer not to be sent to my residential address. I also have all my packages (Amazon, eBay, family, etc) also sent to the USP Store Address. I am a big online purchaser because I usually do not have time to go from store to store looking for that one thing, when I can have it sent to me in a few days.The UPS Store in Whittier is perfect for this application:• There’s notification by text and email letting me know when and which packages have arrived.• The staff is authorized to sign for packages on my behalf, so no signature chasing. (This includes alcohol).• Packages are held for me until I can conveniently pick them up. I have not had any packages lost or stolen since I have been a customer.• They are a convenient location to handle returns for Amazon.I have also used them for notary services on occasion. They have been fast and reasonably priced.As with any business, they have busy hours and lighter hours. Most of the time my wait is only a few minutes. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have been going to them long enough that they know my name and box number when I walk in.All in all, five stars. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience there.

Please DO NOT come here for Live Scan services. They will overcharge you. I went in 2 weeks ago and paid an $80 rolling fee for a Live Scan that was supposed to be only $25 rolling fee. Two of my coworkers had the same ORI and they paid $25 elsewhere. I even called another UPS store who uses the same company (Certifix) for Live Scans and they told me it was a $25 rolling fee for ANY application.I had called before going in to this UPS store, and asked how much it was going to be since I had Googled it and UPS website showed $25. Luis told me to just go in and ask for Blanca and that she would tell me how much. I never expected it to go from $25 to $80. She told me it was due to Covid. Yet anywhere else it's still $25.I chose a UPS store for Live Scan services because I trusted that they were going to be honest with their pricing. Now I feel like I got scammed.

Overall, I have a good experience at this store. But today I was running late after work and got there at 6.55pm and the door was already closed. The store says that they close at 7.00 pm. The guy inside didn't want to take my package. My package would have taken less then 2 min since it's was just a drop off.I cant leave my work 5 min before the time I'm supposed to leave. From my point of view, they have to close that door at 7 pm not 5 min earlier.

If you need Live Scan services and do not want to overpay, I advice you to stay away from this UPS store. Went there yesterday and was charged $178. It was only after a few hours later that I learned that two people I know who have the exact same ORI code as mine, paid $118 and $128 for the same service done yesterday but somewhere else.I talked to the manager Luis and according to him it’s a combination of things like different agencies getting checked, but when I pointed out that we have the same ORI code, he came up with “it’s because they pay more for the lease of their equipments”, which apparently they pass on to their customers.If you are swimming in money and willing to pay $60 more than other Live Scan services, then this is your place.

I just went to this UPS store at the Quad. The GENTLEMAN there was really helpful with my Live Scan service. Great customer sevice. I live in Pico Rivera and would totally go out of my way to do my future packaging.

I had the best experience at the UPS Store in the Quad. I was frustrated with my return wasn't sure how to go about it. This employee in UPS Store, she just took over and handled it for me. Her name is Blanca Amaro, she made my problem go away. I would like to make a shout out to UPS Stores, you need employees like Blanca Amaro in all your stores.
