The cashier that looked up my order online told me it wasn’t available anymore when I just seen it on the floor. Terrible service!!! Then I try to order online and realized the apartment number is incorrect so I called and they were going to try to reroute it instead of just changing the number. It hadn’t even been 10 minutes since I had placed the order. I use to love Ulta but this is ridiculous

I usually like coming to this location, but after my last experience I will no longer be coming. There were 5 associates behind the counter and only had one checking people out. Then the cashier that helped us, Briana, opened a register and she was rude as hell. She didn’t even greet me and immediately asked for my number. I did my form of payment and she wasn’t paying attention and when I put email my receipt all she said was bye with straight attitude. Anyways, I will be taking my business to the La Habra location from now on.

First let me say i don't like going to.this store. They never seem to have enough people working . The staff I encountered was just not very polite. She needed to look up my info for my credit card. Asked me to press x. I did. Then questioned me about pressing x. Just silly. Yes i pressed x. Then just a simple thank you. No have a nice day nothing. When the lady in front of me refused to open credit card for 20$ off all she got was a here's your receipt ..just not very good customer service. Young employees? ..i don't know? Manager needs to look around. ?

Brianna and the manager of puente hills salon services were very unprofessional and conducted themselves inappropriately and made me very uncomfortable as a paying customer and that was brought to the attention of Ulta corporate as it should be! The shop itself was fine.

I have gone to this Ulta for several years and it has been just fine. However, today associate Gigi stood out! She took the time to really help me with coloring matching and picking out a foundation/concealer. She was also informed on the newest promotions that Ulta was having and communicated them to me in a way that wasn't pushy or In a salesperson-like manner. She was attentive and even gave me some makeup tips. I had a very pleasant experience. Make this girl a manager!!

Rude rude rude. Girl at cash register was acting stupid to not wanting to charge me. When my turn was up she acted like she had to tell the the other cashier something and she called next and when I walk up to the register the same girl who move helped someone else. Instead so I took it personal. I even asked the girl who helped me that what was her problem does she don't like blondes why she hatti'n lol. Anyways she acted as she didn't hear me. And oh yes she didn't give me my points, apparently I had no account, lied I have an account I purchase all my makeup online 3 times a month so. Bad register chick's act stupid there

*3 TRIPS TO GET WHAT I PAID FOR* NO courtesies offered for the inconvenience they caused me Made me feel like I was being accused of theft, borderline criminalized, by statement of "checking security cameras" and demanding my receipt after I had verified my purchase over the phone with the same supervisor. As a woman of color, I advise my fellow poc to check your bags BEFORE you leave the store to avoid all of this extra stress and patrolling. Used to be a long time customer of this location, but I can take my business where it's welcomed.

Why a 5? Well, I'm 46 I've really never done a foundation, color match anything to my face and was overwhelming by the amount of products on the market. A very kind representative could see look of confusion on my face and directed me to a fantastic human. Ronda or Rhonda, was extremely helpful. She not only matched my skin tone wonderfully but showed me how to use the products correctly. Recommended items I might want to try in the future, all in all the experience was a 10/10

First off I had my first baby during COVID and right before the pandemic I purchased a whole haul from Ulta with no complaints. Here I am about 4 years later and two kids I went into the store wanting to purchase more make up now that I'm actually getting back to wearing make up. I took a shopping cart in the store with my two kids not thinking anything of it due to not wanting to haul my big wagon fold out the car and since my kids were already in the cart it was the most convenient thing for me. I was in the store for about 20 min waiting for someone to help me and when someone finally noticed me the first thing out of their mouth was not a hello or how can I help you, but a rude comment about me being in the store with the shopping cart and how it was not allowed. I'm a very understanding person and I get it, but like all things said there is a way to go about it. I had already been in the store for 20 min they saw me walk in and didn't stop me until they saw me looking lost and confused and still at that moment of my vulnerability I was met with hostility and a feeling of no compassion for me and my children. I left with not purchasing anything and highly upset at the fact that I wasn't helped. I won't be returning when I was ready to buy a new make regime. Thanks for nothing and hopefully you can accommodate mothers in the future.
