We fully redid our kitchen, Cristell, Juan and the entire team were wonderful from the beginning. Great communication, amazing work and great price. We shopped around and nothing beat The Shine Stone. They walked me through the entire process and were able to give me everything I wanted, Quartz countertops, ceiling high cabinets with beautiful moldings, double pantry, custom peninsula, spice rack, double trash can drawer, built in around the mini fridge and regular fridge and farmhouse stainless steel sink. I am so in love with our new kitchen. Thank you, The Shine Stone!

We were completely transparent about us going with another place because they were going to be doing our entire kitchen, including the counters. However, it did not work out with them and we came back to this place because they were initially great. I was amazed to see how the attitude of the woman in the front had changed! She refused to work with us because we decided to go with someone else. She got on her high horse and even though one of the employees was there saying that they could do it, she said no because we didn't pick them in the first place. That's completely fine by me, but my oh my, the owner really did let this woman (who is his gf) deny service to a customer about to drop several thousands of dollars. A completely 180, completely petty and unprofessional of this woman, I would highly recommend to go elsewhere! My mother is redoing her kitchen and we have been shopping around for countertops and tile. This was one of the many places we have been to. Customer service is great! The person in the front was very friendly (she even gave my daughter some play dough to intertwined her while we looked around). They took their time to help us search what we were looking for and provided a competitive estimate fairly quickly. This was definitely a top contender.

I came in here looking for a custom size piece of granite and the owner showed me around and found a piece I needed . After the purchase I later found that I didn’t need the piece so I returned it and the guy was more than happy to give me my refund . Great customer service

Where do I even begin, this is your go to place for countertops. I had the pleasure of working directly with the owner- Juan. Him and his team are genuinely nice people, but the work ethic is what really made me recommend them to anyone asking for a referral. Juan would call me /text me to give me updates and always included me in everything. He answered all my questions since we were working with a gutted kitchen. He explained the whole process, the cuts and everything else. He even made me a cutting board out of left over material! Our kitchen was done September 2020 and I'm still obsessed with it. They have a very large selection of countertops in their location and he'll find you what you're looking for. I'm so glad we stopped in his shop! It's a must if you're in Whittier or surrounding areas. Their work is top notch!!! I am in love with my kitchen!! Thank you The Shine Stone!!

We ordered our counter tops and tile backsplash from the shine stone. The service was excellent and they helped me choose the right products for my kitchen. I plan to go back when I’m ready to redo the bathroom!!

This company was great to work with. They did my counter for my kitchen pass thru bar. They delivered and worked on my project with great timing. I really appreciate the customer service. Juan was helping me save money by showing me what they had in inventory so I wouldn't have to order a piece. I recommend them to anyone.

I needed some immediate help with a granite kitchen sink issue and spotted TSS Tile truck across the street doing a remodel. I ran over and Juan was willing to come over at the end of his workday in a very professional and efficient manner - reasonably priced given the work was not scheduled.
