So glad I gave these guys another shot at servicing my Camry. Last time I was here was a few years ago and I have been driving to Orange County for service. Although I live in Whittier. Set up the appt online, got confirmation by email and text. Showed up and they blew out my service. I was expecting another few hours as I waited but they were pros from starry to finish.I liked the process of checking in with one person and then cashing out with the same tech. Will be going back and giving them another shot. Just to make sure it wasn't a fluke!! Hahahaha.

Thank you to Stephen for helping me get my beautiful new RAV4. Most people know that buying a car can be an extremely stressful process. Stephen was easy to communicate with and we were able to come to a great deal. This is a big decision and Stephen was professional all throughout. Personally, I tried to keep in mind that the people here at the dealership are real people, this is their livelihoods, and they deal with all types of customer personalities day in and day out. All I wanted was a respectful interaction that was mutually beneficial, which is what I got here at Toyota of Whittier. I had been to other places where the salesperson rushes the process, or wastes your time, doesn’t care what you want, or where they’ve been overly greedy and disrespectful but you won’t find any of that here, and especially not with Stephen. Even the finance manager was personable. Stephen went above and beyond and I’m very happy with my new car. Thanks again.

Toyota of Whittier exceeded my expectations! This dealership was very considerate of my time and I am happy to be their customer. I built my truck on Toyota's website and Whittier called me within minutes saying they had what I was looking for.Mo Saab was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He was informative and responsive even after I pulled off the lot. Just passed the 100-mile mark on my truck and I am as happy as can be.

Everything was so easy and fast, they don't hide anything, they say the truth what other dealers don't I visited many and they lie they always say they have the car that I wanted but when I get there they always wanted to sell another one, or give a very high price and this one at Whittier gave me the best deal and I felt so good they treat you as a family I was there the whole timeWith my 13 months old and they were so patient with her, Moe was so good at explaining everything in my car, I had to leave my other car at the dealer and they sent me a Lift when I asked for it....

Wow, I have never tried so hard in my life to get an appointment to have my car serviced. I called 3 times and kept getting a busy signal. Then, I finally got through and had a question about service before booking the appointment. Was on hold for about 10 minutes and then got disconnected by Toyota yesterday.Today, I had the patience to try one last time and was on hold for another 10 minutes and they kept picking up and putting me back on hold. I called back one last time and gave in to scheduling with someone without my questions being answered.They used to be ok, but this was such a terrible customer service experience. The manager also was not available to help when I asked for them. I hope you have more patience and get through if you really want to work with them!

Thank you JC, Manny Jr, Albert and Jesse for going above and beyond to get my mom into her brand new RAV4.When I found myself on the hunt for a new vehicle for my mom, JC in the service department kindly connected me with Manny Jr, who he assured me would take excellent care of us, and I'm so glad he did. From the moment we arrived, Manny treated us like family and made us feel comfortable. My mom only speaks Spanish and mine is a little choppy so Manny went out of his way to not only answer my questions, but he repeated everything in Spanish so my mom was included and understood the process. Manny and Albert were knowledgeable and friendly and helped negotiate a price we couldn't pass up.After all was set, Jesse got us out of there quickly but was very kind and thorough. Thank you again for such a great buying experience guys! I'm grateful that JC recommended Toyota of Whittier, they really exceeded our expectations.

TLTR:run away! Go to another dealer or service department! Recent reviews may be commissionedRun away! Their service department is awful! Service as bad as how I was treated I would be skeptical in buying a car here too. Most reviews recently are high which is sus!Went in to just get an oil change for my car. Simply asked how much an oil change is for a 4 cyl car and one service rep said oh thats $99. I was shocked! Owning and maintaining my car through toyota for the past 25 years I have never heard of a simple oil change for a 4 cyl to be so high. All good though cause I usually ask if they price match with other dealers local or in Cali. They usually do but I guess shrinkflation is real and they said we dont price match. I was bummed out! The other sales rep over heard and they replied! Yeah we dont price match cause of new ownership - our oil change is $84!!! I was even more confused due to the price variations from two service reps who sat next to one another.

ASK FOR TARAM IF YOU'RE BUYING A CAR!I bought my car yesterday from Taram and he was absolutely fantastic. He helped me get the deal I wanted, and he was so friendly and a great listener. I really appreciated how he took the time to understand my needs and wants, and he didn't try to push me into anything I wasn't comfortable with.Here are some specific things I liked about Taram:He was very knowledgeable about the cars he had in stock. He was able to answer all of my questions about the different models and features, and he even gave me some great advice on which car would be best for me.He was very patient with me and I had a lot of questions. Taram never got frustrated or impatient with me, and he always took the time to explain things clearly.He was very willing to work with me to get me the best deal possible. He didn't just try to sell me the most expensive car, he really listened to what I wanted and worked to find a car that fit my budget.I would highly recommend Taram to anyone looking to buy a car. He's a great salesman, but he's also a great person. He's honest, trustworthy, and he really cares about helping his customers. If you're buying a car, I would definitely ask for Taram!

Goodbye Ram and hello Tundra! Thank you so much Jerry Manny and Jesse for the amazing experience!!!I emailed no joke over 35 dealerships trying to find the truck I wanted... Manny was one of the few reps that took time to help me! Jerry was honest and straight forward no BS. He made the process easy. Literally the easiest buy I've ever made. Jesse was great too!The only caveat was this little weenie dude who doesn't even work for the dealership but some like marketing / audit company... (the only reason I know this is because he mentioned he doesn't work for the dealership) he tried to "sell" stuff I didn't want with such lame tactics... "you can see the value" "ah we are going to lose money on this sale" etc etc... I would give the entire situation 100% if not for that weenie.... He also made me answer questions about how much I drive / how are the roads... things that have nothing to do with the purchase... if I said the roads are bad then I come back to get warranty work they can say "well you admitted the roads are bad so clearly it's not normal wear and tear..." this weenie guy really shouldn't be there. The finance part is always the worst part and he made it awkward.But listen Jerry was the best here is his number +1 (562) 612-2613 he made it all worth it... I was in and signing papers within 3 hours... highly highly recommend!! He didn't play the back and forth game. Manny and Jerry are the reason I give this 5 stars even with the other guy.I don't know if my opinion matters Toyota.... But after I agreed to buy the truck... having that guy force me to do a survey asking how many miles I drive. How are the roads I drive on... etc.... Was intrusive and frankly none of your business. I don't know who in corporate thinks that's a good idea... but for me it almost made me cancel the whole thing. If it weren't for Manny and Jerry already giving me such a great experience I would have. They had the same truck at a dealership down the street but I stuck with Whittier because of those guys.

I recently had the opportunity to lease my first electric vehicle, the BZ4X, from the Toyota of Whittier dealership. I was met with a warm and welcoming atmosphere and started to help me narrow my car search down.The vehicle itself, the BZ4X, has be amazing. My expectations for a EV car have been blown away in every way. In the few days since I've had it, I have not encountered a single issue, and it has proven to be a amazing car. As a first-time electric vehicle driver, I appreciated the time and effort the dealership's staff invested in guiding me through the leasing process. They patiently explained the things to know of EV driving and maintenance, making sure I felt confident in my decision.The team at Toyota were extremely patient and informative to ensure that I understood all aspects of the lease agreement, ensuring transparency and clarity throughout the process.However, like many dealerships, there were moments when typical sales tactics crept into the experience, making the process feel prolonged, tiring, and at times, very stressful. But, I must emphasize that despite this, I left the dealership happy with my decision.Taking into consideration the overall experience, the exceptional vehicle, and the dedication of the dealership's team, I wish I could rate it a 4.5 out of 5. Though there were some moments of stress and weariness, the dealership's team successfully addressed my concerns, leading to a positive outcome, and most importantly, my acquisition of a amazing electric vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership to any family and friends who are in the market to lease or purchase a Toyota!

We saw this vehicle online and came to see it in person with no intent to leave with it! Hadriel was our representative and I had the best experience with him. He was kind, personable, and went above and beyond personally delivering my vehicle from Whittier to Mission Viejo on 4th of July! The week after our purchase we realized our gas tank door inspection was not to Toyota standards on a certified vehicle. So, we called Hadriel and he was able to coordinate with Service Manager to get my cars door fixed. We were able to set up a Saturday morning appointment for our vehicle to get inspection and fixed. We were in a pickle because they didn't have the tool to fix it and Service manager Tommy Mauro was able to pull strings and get a guy to fix our vehicles door. Overal good service, and although it's quite some distance from home this place deserves a 5 star. Thank you to Hadriel, Service Manager Tommy Mauro and customer service personnel for making it possible.

Friendly staff, very professional, car buying process was very streamlined and efficient. As for any car buying experience, do a bit of research beforehand and thing will go much smoother. Stephen Huang was my sales associate, he was a pleasure to work with. Flo (not sure how to spell his name) made the paperwork process a breeze and answered all my questions. There are many dealerships near where I live, but I chose to travel 30 miles to Toyota of Whittier to do business with them. Would recommend.
