Willie and Anna are the absolute best team to have in your corner. A year ago they sold our condo and last week we just closed on the purchase of our first home. Willie and Anna were the best guides through this crazy market and always urged us to never settle. Their patience, knowledge, and attentiveness was what kept us at ease throughout the buying process. Day or night, whatever questions or concerns we had, they were available to call or text and address it all. Having a contracter with you to check all the nooks and crannies of every house and ensure that there are no hidden issues is an absolute lifesaver. There is truly no real estate team better than them, they are honest and extremely motivated to find your perfect home. Even after we closed on our home, I know I can count on them if I have any other questions or if we need help. In a market as discouraging and aggressively competitive, it is a must to have a team with you that will fight for you and give you the best shot at your dream home. I still cant believe that we were able to check off everything on our wish list and then some. We are so grateful for Willie and Anna.

What can I say about our amazing experience with the Garcia real estate team.
They were referred to us by a co worker. We are first time homebuyers and did not have a clue as to where to start the process.
Willie and Anna walked us through the entire buying process and answered all our concern.
We meet with their lender and started the process. Within 2 weeks we had a house in escrow.
This husband and wife team never pressured us into buying a house as a matter of fact Willie would always tell us "not to settle".
We are soooo happy to finally own our beautiful home, I can't say enough about these two.

Thank you Willie and Anna, the Garcia team. We found this couple on their YouTube channel and reached out to them, we needed help with selling our Whittier home and were bery nervous about the process. Willie answered all our concerns and advised us to take on a few projects before selling our house.
We painted the interior of our house and replaced our damaged kitchen floor. Willie is a contractor and assisted us with taking on the projects.
My husband and I are thankful to this team, we sold our house in 10 days and made more money than what the other agents had suggested.

We just finished purchasing a home in Uptown Whittier and we’re so lucky to have Willie and Anna guide and support us through the process. They are the best real estate agents anyone can ask for. My husband and I had been searching for a home for months and we were just sort of waiting until the right one popped up. Willie and Anna were there every step of the way, helping us schedule appointments, dealing with all the back and forth, and always being so responsive to our needs. Over the last few years, I've worked with about 7 different realty groups for one reason or another, and each had its own set of major issues - I became very jaded about the realty profession in general. It felt like the people I've worked with in the past were just "winging it" or trying to do the least amount of work possible.
When it came time for my mom to sell her house in Whittier, I saw the reviews for the Garcia Team and thought "impossible!" I'm so glad to say, I was so very wrong - they are the real deal.
Being a great realtor requires so many different skills, the ability to sell, market, to strike up a great deal between demanding parties, to understand contract details, how the market forces work, financial loans and interest rates, house repair details, having good contractors to recommend, title & signing processes, the list can go on forever. Willie and Anna exceeded our expectations on all of the above, and more.
Our situation was very complex, challenging, and emotionally delicate. We simply couldn't afford to not have the best team available to get us through a situation that would have been stressful even in the best of circumstances.
Their walkthrough of the selling process was direct, thorough, easy to understand, and most of all, shrewd. Their breakdown of comps and sale price estimates were impressively accurate - they broke everything down in easily digestible bullet points into a very helpful report (no other realtor has provided this level of detail that catered to our situation). They showed so much care and empathy toward my mom and I. Their level of involvement and care was just on a level I couldn't even imagine. They provided accurate timelines, adjusting expectations of timing as early as possible to adapt to new developments. Once it was all over, I couldn't believe how close they came to their original proposals.
I genuinely do not believe our situation would gone anywhere near as smoothly, or would even have been possible, or ended with such a favorable outcome, with any other realtors. We are honestly extremely fortunate, and endlessly grateful, to have them involved in this process - they should be held as a shining example of every realtor should aspire to be, Willie and Anna and their team are just straight up good people with true integrity.
There are very few people / business / services I can give so much credit to - but they are in a class of their own and have both mine and my mom's resounding recommendation. THANK YOU WILLIE AND ANNA!!

My wife and I are so glad we meet Willie and Anna Garcia, we found them on their Whittier YouTube channel and reached out to them. Here is some advice if your thinking of selling your home, make sure to interview a few agents before you decide to select one.Willie came to our house and advise that we take on a few small home projects that would help with the sale of our house.
