12 out of 10, BEST pedicure!!! Linda did my service and tmi, but I have a wonky toe that gets an ingrown nail, and she got it out pain-free!!! My feet look like feet again, lol. It's a quiet salon, great prices, and even better massage with hot stones!!! Definitely found my new place to come.

I know walk-ins are not often ideal, but as long as you call, they should be honest in the wait and if they give you an arrival time suggestion, you ought to trust it's because they'll be available at that time. I called. Requested if I could walk-in at 5:15 for gel pedicure and dip manicure. They hesitated and asked if 5:45 works better. I was glad there was an opening at all so I agreed. I arrived between 5:35-5:40 and was not sat down until almost 6:30pm. Started on my toes almost at 7p. And although the experience was better than when they work on toes AND hands, I feel this wasn't customary more than it was convenience because they were spread thin between already waiting and current customers. Although this wasn't that big a deal for me at the time, I was prepped with headphones and my favorite sitcom streaming, the lady that arrived at the same I did, likely told the same thing I was, did verbalize that she was told 5:45p and it was already past 7 and they were just starting up on her. Listen, if you're short staffed - take less clientele. I seriously considered walking out to free up some people but it was too late for me to try and get help elsewhere locally. ----- The work, it was decent. No manicure was actually done on me btw. I'm assuming they think sanding suffices, well it didn't. Luckily it wasn't left looking bad either. My toes though, the nail polish was left around my nails on several toes. I'm assuming they hope it'll come off with a shower. ---Whether it does or not should not even be a consideration though. I hoped for better. But I won't be returning. The time management did enough for me to consider options. -------- Cost was definitely less than most places around - and that was nice - but for the time management and the work done, I'll pay the extra to be thoroughly satisfied.

Though I like the color and shape of my nails and it had been a while since I could the discounted and well priced advertised price on signs drew me in. Today I had to go back my polish got smudged then owner lectured me THE WNTIRE TIME I WAS IN THE CHAIR, while playing games on his phone. Then when I had tipped the nice lady for her work and that she did. I was told to let it dry and he said (yeah we will have to wait all day...) he also compared me to a 4 year old who was in the salon when I was in the other day and said how smart she was for asking for gel, she didn't ask for gel they asked her and she looked confused. He said how many times do I have to tell you and then said it's a great price(way to sell it MR!.) then on the way out he said good luck I'm sure you're coming back soon and laughs. I think some people love the sound of their own voice but instead of correcting him because I'm sure he thinks he's phenomenal, I would like to point out the owner or manager isn't pleasant but the staff is good. Overall I like my nails and the color is pretty. I will not be returning here. Discounts are nice but honestly, no one should be scolding anyone or comparing them to children and playing on their phone and then reminding them we don't like to fix nails and how lucky I am they took me in. Took me in? As in I paid for work? Strange place.

Tina is so nice and did a great job on my pedicure. I had a bad ingrown, and after she was done, the pain was gone. Everyone is so nice and will definitely come back.

Under new owners, I am so happy! They offer a wide variety of services and are all very good at what they do. Scott, the owner is so nice and makes you feel welcomed and valued as a customer. The other ladies are so kind and patient. My mom has some health issues and they treat her like a queen. They have a nice rewards program. I am definitely a loyal customer!Services: Foot massages

Came here for the first time and was told it was a 5min wait so I sat down and waited when I noticed that the person before me was called and began to get a pedicure with the same tools they used with the person before!!! No proper sanitizing here!!!! I immediately got up a left! Warning Please be CAREFUL HERE!!

I was a faithful Top Nails customer for over 3 years since it was convenient and close by. Everyone was always super nice. A few months ago I had went in for a pedicure. The owner must of been having a bad day. I asked if I could use my discount cards she said something in Vietnamese almost yelling at the lady who did my nails. I'm sure they knew I caught on, because her sister gave her a weird look. I will never go there unless it's under new ownership!! I was so disappointed and in shock!!

This is my go-to nail salon! I really love how friendly and professional the gals are. Helen does a fantastic job with my difficult toes LOL and always finds a way to take care of my ingrown toenails. She goes above and beyond and does an amazing job ! Highly recommend Top Nails
