I recently purchased an item and upon returning home to Washington, I discovered a leak when filling it with water. I contacted the store to explain the situation. My mother, who is not familiar with cannabis products, kindly returned to the store on my behalf to seek a replacement. The staff were not only accommodating in offering a price match for a higher-value item but also generously included a complimentary Pelican case to ensure its safe transportation. I rate this experience 10/10 and highly recommend their services.

Have been coming here for over 10 years and have never been disappointed once. Where to start. For one, the staff is always very friendly, humble, and helpful when you come in and want to pick out some glass or whatever you need. They don't try to persuade you or rip you off in buying something you don't want, they truly help you find what you want and need. Secondly, their quality of glass pipes, bongs, bubblers are always great, with a huge selection to look from! They do sell tobacco products, vapes, papers, etc, tons of stuff to check out! Lastly, well if you don't know Bill you should. He is the most down to earth dude out there. Very humble, helpful, honest and remembers his customers! I came last week and hadn't been by in 2 years and he still remembered me. Thank you man and your staff for always being the best shop out there, literally have never bought glass from any other shop but here! So for whoever is reading this, do check them out, you won't regret it! Hoping to come down again soon for a new rig ?

Beware buying from here purchased a collaborative piece was just about 400$ come jome to find out they glued the downstem back together and made no mention of this to me when I called in to get more info they don't give call back as told don't recommend shopping here if you like quality glass

I can honestly say, I've been to many of many glass & vape shops / tobacco shops. I can say that I've found home with this store. I'm greeted with excellent customer service & outstanding prices. I highly recommend tobacco revolution. They got some of the best prices around and are extremely friendly and helpful when it comes to finding something that fits your needs. Not to mention how big of a selection of glass bongs, rigs, pipes, bowl pieces and the list keeps going. They've got everything for everyone.

They always have the best prices here!! This is the second time I come buy a rig here and it was the BEST experience ever!!!Today we went in because we needed a round bottom bucket, she was very helpful when it came to finding the right size. We ended up buy a new rig! I loved the customer service we received from Jenny, she is awesome! The store got a little busy while we were there and she handled it like a boss! I can't wait to come back again!

Love this spot. Been going here for years. For the most part they always have what I need and if they don't have something then they try to get it in a reasonable amount of time. The owner is easy going and is willing to work with you with in reason. The staff are great as well. Told all my friends and my mom about this place.
