“I have a Chevrolet Express. I had a check engine light on, and lack of power. I went to a mechanic shop to check the computer codes: he told me that the problem can be a sensor, or vacuum leak. He was very busy to fix the problem. Then I went to Alexander Auto service, and the guy in charge told me that I had a vacuum leak in the engine. They replace the gasket manifold, and spark plugs in a few days. In this type of vehicle the access of the engine is very complicated. They had to remove the seats and a lot of stuff to replace the gaskets. Now the engine is perfect, and no check engine light. They gave me 90 days warranty on the service. The price that I had to pay was reasonable. I’m happy that I found these guys.I recommend Alexander auto service: quality job and good price.”

“I searched all over town for new tires and no one had inventory of what I needed. Most places said to wait 2-3 days. I called Salinas Tires and they had inventory and were able to get me in right away. I needed 6 tires for my 16' Izusu and the service was included with the price of the tire to change them out. They had a lot of staff and everyone looked like they knew what they were doing. Brian was in charge and he was very helpful and kept checking in with everyone that visited. World class company! I will always get my tires here going forward.”

“Found their ads for specific tires (llantas) on OfferUp, had some msgs thru the app with 'Daniel' (older one). Then I contacted their shop directly and he quoted me a fairly good deal on two (2) tires I really needed as my fronts were pretty worn out. They don't take credit cards or debit so had to run over to bank for Cash-Ola (Dinero).Only issue I had was with some wanna-be tough guy right next door to them at Wally's Auto. He thought he was gonna 'bully' my friendly 'service dog' by swingin' his broom at it. He believed he would show some bravery in front of his wife / sister (maybe both in the same, who knows), but I made sure he knew I was not one to be trifled with. Especially when it comes to my 'boy' ! Wrong move on his part ! Nope... Bang-Pow, How ya like me now ?!Anyhow, happy with the overall customer service from all involved here and I'll likely be back for two more tires once they replenish their stockpile of 33" × 16" all-terrain tires ??!”

I call that " efficient". What a great ambience for auto shop. Full of memorabilia, from vintage gas pumps, signs, candy machines, jute box, and retro bar stools. The music is great Too! Bathroom clean and easily accessible. I came here because they are AAA approved service shop. “Came here after I got a flat from a pothole. They were one of the few places open at the time. I called to see if they had my tire, they had a used one at a very good price (run flat) & said they could allow AAA to drop me off. Even with AAA running late, they still allowed me to come even though it was close to closing. They were very busy! They got to me as fast as they could & even allowed SOMEONE ELSE to come after closing hour! The lady who took my payment allowed me to add a tip for the workers as well! ?? While waiting, i was able to watch them interact with other customers & what others may perceive as being rude, I saw a very busy team who were straight to the point to keep things moving ??
