I have so much to say, I don't even know where to start. Melissa, Kelli, and Joe have completely changed my life. I have been consistently coming to The Yard for over a year now, and I never thought I could be so healthy, both, mentally and physically. Melissa amazes me, she's a wonderful human being who is dedicated to her clients, not only does she want you to look your best, but more importantly appreciate what your body can do for you and how to really care for yourself. As someone living with an autoimmune disorder that impacts the functioning of my thyroid, my weight/fitness journey has been all over the place for the past decade. Melissa has truly helped me find balance more than any MD I have seen over the years. She has supported with helping me find ways to reduce toxins and to stay away from inflammatory ingredients. Melissa provides the opportunity to learn about nutrition and clean eating as well, I did my first meal plan with her earlier this year, and I never went back. I have learned how to eat clean, and I can see the difference. Finding my place at the yard has truly transformed my health, I never realized how strength training would change my body, not only the way it looks (and it's looking real good!) but the overall chemistry, things are just working together now. My blood results have never looked so good, and this is all without medication! I am so grateful for Melissa and everyone at The Yard for showing me all the amazing things I am capable of! I love boxing sessions and the boxing camp with Joe, such a great way to get in some fun cardio! I love the environment at the yard, it's never about being skinny or about the scale, it's about setting your body up to do amazing things and taking care of it so it can take care of you! The Yard is truly a community of wonderful people, and has become my second home! My day doesn't feel the same without a session at The Yard! I use to dread working out, now I dread rest days, but Melissa and Kelli always make sure we take our rest! If you're looking for a place that promotes healthy body image over quick, unsustainable results, The Yard is your place! I've been to all those gyms with the silly challenges, none of them gave me lasting results and created consistency, instead they created burnout. You won't find any quick fixes at The Yard because they are unrealistic and don't last, instead you will find trainers who motivate you to change your life forever! Lastly, Melissa is an expert in growing the booty, IYKYK!

I've been coming to the yard for over 2 years now and absolutely love it here. I've always been too scared and intimidated to work out with weights, but Melissa and the whole Yard family have changed that!! Melissa, Kelli and Joe all push you out of your comfort zone but in the best way possible, while feeling no judgement and with real encouragement to keep you going. I'd recommend The Yard to anyone and everyone.

I started coming to the Yard in 2021 and took a break (REGRET) then came back Jan 2023 & have been consistent then. I never stepped foot around the weight section at a local gym because of the intimidation it gave off. Luckily, at the Yard there is no judgement no matter what stage you are at in your fitness journey. The Yard is a community of people that allow vulnerability & have the best interest to watch you succeed. That's not something you'd get in a commercial gym. Melissa's drive for success in each of her clients shows in every class; fixing forms, pushing weight, and motivating every step of the way. (Mind over matter!!!) Forever grateful for her constant support. She's the reason I've stuck to strength training and has made me want to continue to get stronger. Kelli and Joe are extremely insightful trainers and always pack their classes with killer workouts! 1000% recommend trying out the Yard and showing up for yourself!

This review is extremely long over due but first things first, if you don't have a current gym membership, BUY A MONTH OF UNLIMITED CLASSES HERE AND JUST DO IT!I started with 4 private trainings with Melissa back in 2021 and I came in to try it out and see how this gym was ran. I had never been to a small private gym before and I've only ever been to bigger commercial gyms but coming here really has changed my life. I'm not even being dramaticAfter those 4 private trainings I didn't come back until early 2022 when Melissa reached out to me to join one of her summer cut challenges and I was ready for a change and I told her to sign me up! I came about 3 times a week and followed a meal plan that she offered with the trainings and then I just kept coming to more classes to where I am now coming about 5 times a week! I eventually met Kelli and Joe who are 2 of the other trainers and my oh my are they amazing! I feel like I have a whole team of trainers and nutritionists who are helping me reach my goals. I personally ask A LOT of questions because I find it extremely important to know how each exercise benefits your body along with the foods we eat. There are so many things we don't know about foods we eat thinking they're "healthier alternatives" but in reality they might have filler ingredients that don't fuel our bodies and that is something I've become extremely passionate about since coming to The Yard. They have an amazing variety of classes from small group trainings to boxing classes and HIIT! This gym really is a place for everyone and once you start, you keep coming back because of the amazing community that is on this ride with you. I've made connections with some amazing gym goers who I now see daily and we all check in on each other and really try to motivate one another to get in that extra rep or move up on that weight because the results do not lie. I highly recommend anyone to come here and just start. There is no "perfect" time to start at a gym, just walk in and start. I promise you that you won't regret it. I'm so thankful for my trainers for pushing me as hard as they have and for keeping me in check! This is a LIFESTYLE and in the long run, it's so good for us and you walk out of there feeling better and sexier every time!

I have been a member with this group when it started in someone's backyard. The hard work and dedication Melissa has done for herself, her team and her followers have been amazing to watch and be apart of. There are different classes usually daily, the have different camps as well they offer many different types of classes and the such. For the beginning class and the advanced class. Go for it!! You will thank yourself in 6mos time.

This place is Awesome and Super Clean! Melissa is Amazing! She knows her stuff and she is super sweet and kind. The group classes and private sessions are both great! Highly recommend "The Yard" if you're looking to lose weight in a fun and safe atmosphere.

Awesome gym! hard workouts but fun! Boxing/glute classes really helped with building the glute and still getting a good cal burn. Melissa and Tanya are awesome trainers and super helpful! you will feel right at home with their training!

I have been attending no mercy for about a year now and I will probably never go to another gym. You are comfortable with the trainers almost immediately. Melissa && Tanya truly care for your fitness well being && want to see you strive in your transformation journey. Constantly encouraging/ motivating, they truly want to see each person progress && they push to make sure you stay on track to reach your goals. I have never had better results And feel healthier, stronger, but most of all more confident than I have ever felt since I've started with No mercy fitness @ the yard. They offer many different type of workouts from full body to area focused strength days. (Booty days are my favorite ) It is never easy even after a year. You work and sweat your butt off but I'm always thankful and happy at the end that I accomplished my workout for the day. They were also very accommodating with virtual classes when things had to close && still made your fitness journey possible. You cannot go wrong with signing up to be apart of The Yard; tho be warned, it truly is NO MERCY. BUT you WILL get results you never dreamed of achieving.

I'm so happy I listened to my friend for once and decided to join The Yard! Both ladies Mellissa and Tayna, push you to get through your workout!! This is exactly what I needed to continue to be motivated and believe in myself. I started my fitness journey with The Yard during COVID and I can truly say that I feel safe. Not only are we wearing mask, have sanitizer available to use but, we are getting our temperature taken before walking in and I constantly see the ladies sanitizing the equipment we use. I've enrolled in another 2 months! Check them out! You won't regret!!

I've been going to Melissa and Tanya for a year now and I've never felt better, before going to them I didn't have too much experience with weights or working out so it can seem a little intimidating at first but they explain everything to you and help you throughout the whole workout. They really make sure you're getting the most out of your workouts and always push you to your full potential. The motivation and confidence I get from going here is so worth it. I definitely recommend giving it a shot!
