The walk-in convenience is a great selling point! The paperwork is a bit much but I understand. My low back was really bothering me even with just getting out of a chair and I wasn't sure where to go to be seen for a quick adjustment. My expectation was more "hands- on/ body cracking" but due to my issue the low back that is where the focus was for treatment. My 19yo son tagged along and we agreed for him to try this. He received more of a general adjustment. He's played multiple sports including tackle football. He felt better after. Upon leaving I was able to raise myself easier with mild back discomfortfrom sitting position minutes after, so overall there was an improvement. At exit if you want to remain a patient to be seen regularly all the paperwork is provided along with an explanation of your options before signing up for any type of plan/ service you would care to receive. The instructions are included within these documents on what to do if you change your living location and or need to opt out. Upon exit I opted for the 4 visit monthly plan to start with. Thanks Dr.David

It was my first time comming back to a Joint chiropractor after I had a bad experience at the other location. I was scared that I would feel worse after again but I felt much better and felt more comfortable with this doctor enough to know id want to return again and thats what made me sign up because I have been looking for a new affordable chiropractor so this is perfect!

FEMALES be weary of DAVID EHL he is a PREDATOR. He SEXUALLY ASSAULTED ME. Make sure you ask him where his hand placements will be as he's touched my a** without consent and denies it. He first asked if he could do something else for me after the adjustment and I asked him what it was and where his hand placement was gonna be but he just kept smiling and said don't worry you'll like it. I asked multiple times for him to just clarify the procedure that would be taking place on my body and he just kept giving me empty and false reassurance that I would like it. Then proceeded to grab my a** while I was face down for an adjustment. I didn't say anything at first because I was shocked and truly questioned if this was normal. But every time I've gotten an adjustment anywhere else with anyone else that has never Happened. The sexual assaulter then just grins and denies grabbing my a** when I confront him later. Asking where he put his hands. He thought he was smooth and slick saying your waist. I f******* know where my waist is and the sickening grin on his face also told me he knew what he did. It was only when I wanted to speak to his manager that he started to apologize. But his manager is equally as creepy seeing how he sided with the pig named David. I haven't seen the the assaulte in a while and didn't really recognize him at first but asked for his name as his greasy balding head was somewhat uncomfortably familiar and he knew me off the bat from the scoff and the way he averted his eyes. Anyways I just want the women to know to be careful and don't be afraid to ask about the procedure with anyone practicing anything on your body or to speak up.Proof is out of order but check it out to see I'm not the only one that's been harassed.

I was not treated as I had a really bad sciatica issue and was grateful that the chiropractor was honest and upfront and said he would only hurt me more than help me. He could have taken my money hurt me more as he said and sent me on my way and he did not. Thank you and as soon as I am better I will stop by to get my body realigned.

Don't have chiropractic insurance so I go there. The chiropractors that they have in the east Whittier location now are good.

I’m extremely displeased with the service I received at this location. Generally, I love the convenience of The Joint. So one of the girls at the counter offered a membership plan that sounded great for my busy lifestyle. She said it was a monthly plan that I could “pause” at any time. Turns out she sold me the wrong plan that doesn’t allow breaks. I tried canceling over the phone and was told I have to come in in person to do that. I no longer live in Whittier and don’t have the time to drive over there to cancel a membership I was misinformed about. Overall disappointed that the staff is not willing to help fix this issue which makes it clear that the monthly charge is more important to them than the customer’s business.Update:I went to a location close to my new home as instructed by Whittier staff only to find out that the consent form to cancel could have been emailed to me, even though I was told it wasn’t possible. The employees at this location need overall better eduction on company protocols.

This place and it's doctors are so helpful and amazing. They have definitely helped me when it comes to cracking my back. As a hairdresser and being on my feet, sometimes 12 hours a day sometimes my shoulder and my lower back or my sciatic nerve issues flareup and anytime I go in It brings me such a relief. I highly recommend this place.

Canceled my membership but they said I didn't and charged me an extra month and wouldn't respond to my calls or emails and when I finally got a response from who I assume was corporate they said they don't handle things like that.

Liars! lairs! liars! Fake! Fake! Fake! I went in for a adjustment and signed up for the wellness package. I was told to make sure you call before the month ends to cancel my wellness package. When I did I was told it was a 2 month commitment and that I couldn't cancel but that they would cancel my wellness package for the following months to come after the 2 month commitment. I called in after I noticed a 3rd charge on my bank account. So I called again and they told me that they would cancel my account and they would email me a cancellation notice which again they never did. I had to go into the business and get it in writing or else they would've got me for the 4th month. Liars they're just In It to con youSave your money and just go to a actual chiropractor.I asked for a refund and to speak to a manager and was giving a email. He never responded and no refund.

I don't understand why this place is still "open" when every time I go there its not open even though it's during the business hours that they claim. Also, the times they are open there is no Chiropractor on site. Don't even bother to go I wasted my time going there several times.

I’m coming off of a back injury, I’ve been treated 4 times and surprisingly it works not to the full amount to take my pain away but with the chiropractors help I actually believe that it’s possible to take away my pain in time. Thank You The Joint Chiropractor
