Their inventory was awesome and prices decent but customer service needs improvement. I called and asked about a certain ink I use they tell me it is in Stock then puts me on hold for 15 min and returns to tell me place is closed and need to return tomorrow. I live only 3 min away if she didn't put me on hold for a ridiculous time I would of made it there before it closed. Not sure I will return until customer service improves

THIS IS A VERY GOOD PLACE TO FIND VERY GOOD STUFF FOR THE LOW LOW PRICE. ME PERSONALLY I GO TO THEM ALL THE TIME TO BUY SUPPLYS FOR ME TO USE.BUT I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO WHO EVER IS READING BOUT THIS PLACE ITS THE BEST SO FAR.I JUST WISH I COULD WORK FOR THEM ASWELL.....

Poor customer service. Lady in front with the glasses. Poorly trained. No love from this place. Asked for a sample of ink and said no. Then before i leave she says come back for ink.
