I recently brought my 2013 Toyota Corolla and 2018 Subaru Outback to Ten-Four for a 4-wheel alignment, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the gentleman at the counter was incredibly helpful. He not only assisted with the alignment service but also provided a clear and honest quote for rear brake service on my Subaru.
I scheduled the wheel alignment for a Friday afternoon and decided to leave the Subaru overnight for the brake service, which was set to be completed on Saturday morning. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free. The staff were professional, communicative, and ensured that both my vehicles were well taken care of.
Overall, I highly recommend Ten-Four for their excellent customer service and efficient work. They made what could have been a stressful experience a breeze. I'll definitely be returning for any future automotive needs!

UPDATE******
After leaving my previous review from yesterday (7/17/2024, 2:30ish pm) and speaking on the phone with Youhanna. I decided to call him back before the day would end and before they close. He said he would call me back at noon today (7/18/2024) to check his work schedule. It is already 2pm and still no phone call. Finally calls me back a few minutes before 3pm and its turns into a major argument. He insist that he can only come in Monday through Friday. This appears to me like he did not bother "checking" his schedule and just wanted to give me the runaround.
When I mentioned that I even called on a Friday and that he was not there. He makes a comment of "who are you, my mom?." When I mention, are you not the owner? He replies with "What do you for work?" and overall deflects the situation. When I ask why would one of your employees, Luis tell me to call on Saturdays (told me more than once) if you're not available on those days. He ignored the question. He insist that he completed the service but I did not pay for the service entirely. I, ultimately, asked for a refund as this has been an unprofessional and immature interaction. He was more concerned with how his business looked than actually doing business correctly.
I came to this establishment for a star smog check on Monday July 1st. Unfortunately, for me, my car did not pass the test. So I only paid about 20 dollars cheaper. When speaking to the mechanic that day, he said to drive it about 100 miles and that sometimes the car just needs to reset and to call ahead of time the next time I come in. And that I would just pay the difference once it does pass the test. I asked if Saturday would be okay, he said yes to just call ahead of time because the guy who does the smog test doesn't always come in. I work in DTLA and drive about 40miles a day. I ended up calling Friday, July 5th to see If I would be able to get it done that Saturday. The guy over the phone said, the guy is gone for the holiday weekend. So I waited another week. I called Saturday the 13th, twice and no answer. So I decided to go and now the guy tells me that the guy (Youhanna) does not come in on the weekends and that he is only one that is certified and is also the owner. I just don't understand why the mechanic kept telling me to call ahead time knowing the owner does not come in on Saturdays. Just giving me the run around.
Fast forward to today, I spoke to Youhanna on the phone and told him the situation and considering that I work a 9 to 5 in DTLA, the only time I can come to the auto shop is on Saturday. He proceeds to tell me that as the owner of the shop he is not on the schedule on Saturdays, THE OWNER! and that he also has family and plans on the weekend. Which I'm not sure why the family part has anything to do with me considering this is a place of business. He also proceeds to tell me that there are plenty of shops around that do smog test. Like, Yes, Sir, that is obvious. The problem is that I already paid about $70 something dollars and what I'm going to go to a brand new place to spend another $70 plus dollars? I would like to get this resolved or just refund, if they aren't able to finished what I am promised.
This is insane, sounds like he should not have a business in the first place and should not be the only that is certified in doing star smog test. I am currently waiting on a call back, so that Youhanna can "check" his schedule.

Please be aware of this place. The owner is not a honest men… He rip off $200 for him just to check for smog check and the car was not even there 30 mins and came up with a list of things that the car needed to past the smog check. We ask to reimburse our money back he said no . I ask for the list of things the car needed he even not supply us with a copy. His a dis hosted as they come. I encourage you not to take your car there for any work done. He might have good reviews but they are all lies. Am surprise he still in business !!! I leave this action with God. God will take care of him in the long run. He stole $200 dollars and he will not reimburse our money back.

Was charged for (supposedly) needed muffler ($380). 2 yrs later I'm at a different mechanic and told my car needs muffler replacement. I was then shown that my car still had the original mufflers, they were never replaced. Too bad people still take advantage of seniors, a woman in this case.
