I frequently go to this Target as its the closest to my home. I went this morning into an empty store with maybe 5-10 customers. 5-10 customers at 815am. Guess what though, the parking lot was 20 cars deep on the closest aisles in the parking lot. So heres my issue, what store allows employees to just take up all the good parking spots infront of the store? I get it the employees are there the whole day and they want to protect their cars from theft and theres cameras located at the building, but seriously these spots are for customers. This is horrible management, the manager should know better. Also, the quality of employees has gone down hill. The staff is slow.

One star for the Starbucks. Bought a drink and never received it. Watched the 3 people behind me get their drinks. When I asked about my drink the girl told the other worker that I hadn't been waiting that long. Rude!!! Juliet and Jocelyn talked shit while I was walking away to go to guest services because they refused to give me a refund and I had to go get a receipt that they didn't give me one and said they wouldn't do anything without a receipt. Customer service is just nil in this place. No wonder the turnover for the Starbucks is high here. So rude. Had to speak to three different people in order to get a receipt. Took forever when all they had to do is print it up via my Target account. I also paid with my Starbucks account. Ridiculous. Also the Starbucks lead came to "apologize" but she was standing right next to the two workers while they were talking shit. She let pretending she didn't know what was going on. My daughter even turned to look at her to see if she had colored hair and she did. And told her that she was standing there and asking the other girls what was going on. No customer service skills whatsoever. No wonder we don't come to this one. I know my daughter didn't want anything from this one.

Everytime I come here in the morning the self check outs are closed. They had 2 cashiers this morning with 20 people in line each. Most of the items I bought were mislabeled on the shelf and significantly more expensive than the label suggested. I am disappointed with almost every aspect of this store every time I come and I think from now on I'll just drive 15 minutes to go to Walmart instead. That place sucks too but at least their shelves are stocked and with the right price

Never answer the phone. I ordered organic apples and both bags had bad apples in them. I am laid up from a surgery and can't get this resolved

Everytime I come here to shop, they have always had exactly what I wanted. They do not have everything, but they do have a good selection of products.

Poor service starting off with Karen n Ricardo from Starbucks,tried to purchase a gift and my drinks,tried to pay with 100.00 girl Karen checked for change n then said had enough,then now she said I couldn't purchase a gift card with cash when Karen knew and handed her the money before she checked for change. Then she said for me to go n get change at the customer service cause Ricardo the other team mate said he was making the drinks,which he was not. But Karen and Ricardo but mainly Karen made this a bad experience.

They never answer the phone. I’ve called all departments and no one answers. The most I got was someone picking up the phone and hanging it up. Target your employees don’t want to work

Today I hit Target for a couple of staples, including razors, which I had a digital coupon on my Target app for. I picked up a pack of three, which were tagged on the shelf as $5.99. When I went to pay however, they rang up as $6.49. I was at self-checkout, so there was no cashier, so I had to go over to customer service and get in line. But of course there was nobody there. I waited a while, then went to the bathroom. When I came back there still was nobody staffing customer service, so I left so I could catch my bus. Target has really been slipping lately. I've noticed a lot of companies are laying off staff, and it seems true of Target as well. BOO

Overall okay experience except for the fact that on Wednesday night Stephanie with the bangs told me I couldn’t afford the face wash I wanted and told me to go back to my country. I have never been so appalled by a Target employee’s behavior before. I expect better service.

I really like this place. This is my favorite place I go here every Monday and take a brisk walk through the aisles. I usually spend 2-6 hours here it’s become kind of a tradition. I sometimes like touching the pillows because they are nice and soft. I’ve been doing this for the past 12 years and recently got a target tattoo. Thank you and goodnight.

Called to confirm the in-store availability of an item. Atempted to reach multiple departments over multiple phone calls and not one of my calls was answered by an associate. Never even got to inquire about the item I was in search of.

I like the best Target in the Whittwood Mall which has been around a long time since I used to live in Ravello from 2007 to 2016. I walk here to this store all the time and even in the community group.
