Came in on 02/12/24 with phone trouble had to get a new iphone with a trade in same day , I was helped out by Abraham! Helpful, Honest and very patient. He was professional and answered all of my questions. Next time I come back with phone trouble, would like to get helped out again by him! I Would definitely recommend him if you have any questions or phone trouble.

This place may have low reviews however me and my husband went in early and we were blessed with having the help of Abraham! He was amazing and very helpful! Was extremely patient and I really felt he wanted to save us money. He was very honest and would definitely be coming here for any other t mobile matters.

Came in a month ago, for assistance switching my phone line from one phone to another. The women helping me took 4hrs to "fix it" once I got home my phone wasn't working. Phone is on sos. I had to go out of town in emergency. I came back today so they can help me. Debbie started to assist me since she couldn't help me I ask for the manager Diane was rude and not understanding at all. Mind you it's the second time I come for help for the same reason.

If you want experienced employees that know how to do their job and will actually help you out then definitely don’t come here. Serious Find a authorized T-Mobile store go there and save yourself some time.

I went to add a new phone line to my existing account. The sales person told me they had a promotion where I could get an additional line for free jo charges to hidden fees. I got my first bill and I am getting charged for the extra line..

Finally a great experience at a T-Mobile store!I can’t say enough about the quality of service I received from Jordan Sanchez !! He did in 10 minutes what others had not done. I now have my own phone with my phone number that I’ve had for over twenty years and the galaxy A-14 5 g smart phone with a number I can remember.I just felt like he really wanted to be a big part of making me feel like I made a good choice to switch to T-Mobile from AT&T.This man is a real asset to T-Mobile for his knowledge of the products, and his customer service is impeccable. He’s the best don’t lose this guy..

My husband and I came in on Labor Day interested in upgrading his phone. The sales rep seemed very bothered at the fact that he was there. When I asked about upgrading and being able to keep the current device, as I had just upgraded my iPhone XR and got a iPhone 13 mini a year ago, I was under the impression that we would be able to do the same thing. The sales rep said there's no way to do that without giving up the old device. It seems like I was misinformed on what kind of "upgrade" I did and it would have been a great opportunity for the sales rep to educate me on what I did since he had my account information in front of him. I know for a fact that I have an iPhone 13 and my stepson has my old Xr, but the sales rep kept saying "that's not how that works" well, are you telling me that I don't have a 13 and my stepson doesn't have my old phone??? He went on to say "well that's not how that works but I guess you're the customer and I just work here." A communication issue mixed with an unenthusiastic sales rep ended with us leaving feeling completely insulted.

If you go to this TMobile in Whittier, ask for Jimmy. He is extremely helpful and so nice to work with. He answered all my questions and offered his help if I had any issues with my phone when I got home. Sure enough, I had issues with my phone going home. I called Jimmy, and without hesitation, he helped get my phone up and working in no time. Thank you Jimmy!

Came here for a new Samsung because I cracked the screen on my note 10, which had 256GB of storage.I got the Samsung Galaxy s22. I asked the lady how many gb of storage does this version go up to and she said it doesn't go any higher than 128 gb. I thought that was weird. Why would a newer phone have less storage????? So we transferred all of my data onto this new phone with significantly less storage space. It's been freezing and glitching since I got it. Turns out, the phone I got has versions with 256, 512, and a 1000 gb of storage space so i could've easily avoided all of these issues with my phone if the lady would have just told me about the other storage options.

We recently switched over from Verizon and the team at this T-Mobile location in the Quad were phenomenal!!! Jimmy and Giselle helped us over the course of our two trips to get new phones and switch over and they were so patient and knowledgeable, you're in good hands if you visit this location. They were busy and still took their time to help us and got us squared away! Thank you!
